I haven't looked at the time scale, we have an ops update 10 Jan and the 2018 results mid March where we will be updated, first appraisal will be done by then all going well.

Short term pain maybe, but i personally think it's a fake bear dive down before an Opec deal and $75 Brent. 2019 will be volatile and will be wise to trade at least 50% of your position to protect capital. Zama is an appraisal not a wildcat so there should be upside as they confirm the size of the field.

Brent short was a safe bet given traders had already shown the way with PMO and Tlw. Given the macro environment it was anticipated, longer term a 1.3m bopd cut by Opec should move Brent to $75 plus which should lift PMO back over a £1, with hopefully some good news flow on Zama 2.

I'm guessing there's an expectation that oil will drop on Today's figures, notable that TLW is down, the 2 main traded UK oils. I'd say a short on Brent now would be the trade.

Trading wise youd probaly sell at this point, but with Opec meet, Us/China trade and the usual Santa rally I think I'll sit on hands.

The rise in Brent comes at a very handy time given the FTSE 250 decides today who drops out at next 're shuffle. PMO will be safe now.

Hello Geo, i sold out start of year, i havent really followed it lately however the current SP of course puts it back on radar. I bought in on Friday at 67.5, as per usual with this share a bit early, I will look to buy more Monday if its lower than 65. The only real issue I see is the inability to reduce that debt pile, however it has at least peaked and now reducing.

His average is always low as he has the uncanny knack of buying at the lowest bid of the day. Always in hindsight after the bell of course.

thanks for that, i think its been a hard wait and current macro troubles have panicked people to protect capital, ive gone thru the convertible loan deal and i dont see it as a big issue, Zen isnt liquid enough for it to be a trade dor them, if the SP is on the floor due to no operational progress i dont think they would convert, and the SP would tank anyway. They need to deliver with these 4 rigs, no matter what loans etc are about.
