Truth i'm not sweating, like i said earlier on this thread, I'm in a happy place, ok i get your point of view that both sides are sweating but, from where i'm sat right now , i'd much prefer the situation from my vantage point, i certainly wouldn't like to be short, with the possibility of a significant dividend.

My limited understanding of 'shorters ' position is that if this is indeed the sale of assets & hence the suspension. I am also of the limited understanding that, if we have a substantial dividend then the shorters are going to get well & roasted as a consequence. Will they not have to stump up the dividend equivalent to exit, as they essentially have to pay the value of the dividend on the borrowed shares.
Personally i think this practice should be illegal, especially as some companies go out of business in the name of greed.

Mac the shorters havr been in total control, until yesterday. They are now rightly so quaking in their boots. I read the suspension as being triggered by the BOD.
The balance of control is now firmly with EAU.
Those poor shorters are in hiatus right now & also spare a thought for the day traders who are licked out, with not having a chance to strike lucky intraday. Me i am in a happy place.
