Both asset sales & M&A are both very complex & time consuming processes, EUA have focused on an asset sale, although they do have some very capable & experienced M&A personnel. Behind the veil of the NDA there may very well be the option of a full sale, but we won't find out until the BOD are able to inform shareholders. My question to you is.....
Don't most BOD's have M&A personnel?

Out of curiosity thread, its still in my post history, Parttimer32 had his removed & Ramp also had his removed.

Just wondering why both of my posts from today have been removed!!!
I only highlighted 99.9% of shareholders are holding tight to their shares!!
How can that be removed?

Ramp excellent post, EUA chose not to opt for a raise, which could be telling, so for me to its now a matter of months, hopefully before the new dividend tax rules kick in, in April.

I'm still adding, my last 8 buys all under 5p, as for more sells than buys, there's approx 3 Billion shares in issue with approx 3 million traded daily, so as a percentage, thats 99.99% of shares being tightly held hold of, which tells a completely different story that some here would have us believe.

Appear to be more concerned about proving Mac wrong & discrediting EUA regarding November being a busy month, as per RNS.
Clutching at straws if that's all you have in the locker.
Why not go rock climbing with a sky hook.

Everyone has their own strategy with EUA.
Personally I concur with okfornow.
This is speculative either way, as is with all investments, hence my accumulation at these levels.
