The original timeline used to be 90 days, as was reported by the Russian authorities, maybe someone can fish out the original report, which stated they we're going to reduce the timeline from 90 to 30 days.

This isn't actually an M&A its a sale of assets, probably led by a M&A team. Greater minds than myself have alluded to this being a long process, I'm prepared to wait until the conclusion.
If the likes of CTC & Herbie derides again,with a condescending nature believe this should have been done & dusted years ago, then they are the real fools by simply being here, posting their tosh.

Well the really big deals can take up to 4.5 years boys & girls.
