Bluecrest, although they have given CMR a settlement figure, do not want the money, but would rather have Quintana, and are trying their best to get it. CMR know the mine is worth fighting for, and in the interest of the shareholders will fight to retain it.

Any New NOMAD would not want to "come aboard" with this Bluecrest saga still not sorted, so as soon as Bluecrest will accept the their financial settlement demand then new NOMAD will be aboard and CMR will be relisted. Progress on all fronts is being made but as the Bluecrest spies are watching all the BB's then it would not be wise to post exactly where CMR are now. We were told back along there will be much "choppy water" along the road to recovery, and due to the deplorable way Bluecrest are acting then unfortunately it is taking longer than anyone would like. CMR HAVE offered the fully financial demand, but Bluecrest it seems do not want the money after all, they would like Quintana. Moves are afoot to reconcile this situation. CMR will survive IMO.

Optomistic & pessimistic, we have both sets of shareholder here Heno, but for those of us that are still asking the right people the questions then so long as we are not being fed bull***t, things are still moving forward on ALL fronts. Now I know I have said this before, but for the pessimists, then pick up the phone and ask company / broker etc. There has also been news on another company web site so I hear. Also look at other BB's as there seem to be those that are in contact with "the right people". I am still very much optomistic, even though frustrated at the slow pace things are happening. I am sure company management just want to get rid of B/C and then get on with running the business. B/C have been very surprised CMR have not just "rolled over" and given up, but obviously the directors must know what they have is worth fighting for. GLA.

Keep a sharp eye out for more news over the next week or so on "RNS Reach" so someone has said on another BB !!

evJon - I have a reliable contact that has told me things ARE moving forward but due to the BC "gagging" clause in the contract with them, the exact position with the ongoing negotiations cannot be published. CMR want to let shareholders know what is going on, but BC will enforce the contract clause if they do, and this means legal action.

You are right evJon, can't understand why they have been removed as nothing offensive etc in them
