What are the chances of another extension to the court case?

Would it have any effect on the sp?

As someone alluded to a few days ago, any repayments would start after 90 days, so an extension would give them a bit more breathing room.

Having found the listings, I wasn’t sure what any court case would be listed under, hence the post yesterday.

Do you think the case will have ethernity’s name listed, when it is heard? Any help would be welcome, thanks.

I think you are being optimistic there,Roddy. I can’t see anyone buying the warrants when it just touches 15p. There is no point and no profit at that p4ice.

Unfortunately as we have already seen here, if the company needs money, the wolves will circle and demand a lower price AND WARRANTS to stump up any cash.

The company is showing they do not value their private investors, by conducting ‘closed’ rights issued to the favoured few. We should examine the pre-emption resolution from the AGM, to see it isn’t abused and next year ( for this company) vote against it.
