We all know what kind of investor (ie the ones who don't own shares) only appear on downward moves. They let everyone else talk the share up and then they arrive from the gutter that is Advfn to talk it down.

When people are talking about the domestic market for BMN, they should note and/or realise that the domestic market for VRFB is much bigger then purely Eskom. As part of Eskom sorting its supply issues out and SA transitioning to renewables, municipalities and private businesses have been green-lit to become energy producers. That means a proliferation of renewables, energy storgae and mini-grids is on the cards.

This is why BMN mentioning project development is far more than just Fortune describing part of the offer they can provide to Eskom , this is also about two new domestic markets and the role that Bushveld can play within them.

For a recovering SA, it seems pretty logical that you would want to kill two birds with one stone, secure stable energy supply and support domestic businesses with technology that incorporates locally sourced Vanadium, and helps to create employment and generate tax receipts.

The key point being missed across everyone's reference to vanadium prices is that they are currently almost perfect for VRFB adoption. We don't want too much of a rise in pricing at a point when the technology is starting to fly. This is the fuel that will justify the expansion to come.

Also perhaps a time to retell the story of Justin Waite, who sadly sold BMN at 2p, just before Vametco happened.

As Faramog rightly says we need a convincing break above 15p to really call this a break out of the range we have been in. I expect we will get another wave of buyers at that level fairly quickly if we pass it.
