If that changes and timelines are also slightly longer which they obviously now are, both things can only be good for Bushveld. BBN explained nicely at the time that this was difficult for BMN and why Rongke would be important. Perhaps we want Enerox involved and that wasn't compliant for example.

I'd view this as positive for BMN. Especially because it will suit our electrolyte plant timelines better.

You will see also see if you look that Vanadium prices have risen and stayed pretty solid, with only a minor retrace across some products in recent days yet we have fallen back 30% from recent highs. That should show you the weight of that overhang on the share price.

Add in a Comms black hole, a bit of negative sentiment and market makers who couldn't give a toss about what the fundamentals are and here we are.

I hope it is because they are coordinating news around the Enerox reveals, refining the market proposition around VI - Enerox being a key part of that, the start of the next leg up in production capacity, full site works on Belco and the minigrid and sorting our green credentials with a move to resolve the Lemur situation. If they really wanted to send a big message to the market, they would start the new financial year with that kind of relaunch. If I was helping with their brand that's what I would want to do!

Creates quite a lot of questions about the whole exercise when you see someone has been trying to get these Karpowerships into SA since 2015, and they were given an exemption on local content and have questionable environmental credentials. Especially given Ramaphosa's recent pledge ahead of COP26 and 'buy local' mantra.

They aren't locked in. Terms changed with the renegotiation and they have been selling - see the TR1 RNS' when they went under 3%. We have clearly had a share overhang now as a result of the Vanchem transaction, for some time.

There is now potentially opportunity for a Q2 convergence of the seller finishing, Vametco Q1 upgrades, electrolyte plant construction news, increased production capacity and Eskom news.

Hopefully it won't all be buried in the least impactful format possible, the quarterly updates!

In reality the pressure is more on Fortune to deliver for his shareholders than Snr Bridgen ATM.

Also FAR is up 250% this year (was 400%) and we are down 15% since Jan 1st.

We aren't really in a position to take the moral high ground just because we feel our company has greater quality. Our BoD have yet to deliver any SP growth in 2021. They will but let's keep some perspective.

You are invested in the company, are ahead of the curve and want to see what you know finally recognised in value like some of the other £bn green stocks on AIM (who ironically are generally pretty over-blown as they have nothing of the core mining business revenue we do to underpin their green offering).

Everyone has had good and bad days here. It hasn't been the easiest ride being screwed endlessly despite all the progress. We all want Fortune to reveal the butterfly hidden in the chrysalis this business has become and go from endless speculations of where we should be to us actually achieving a decent valuation for this company, seeing proper ROI for the time invested and delivering the vertically integrated, green credential-driven strategy that has been long hinted at.

At some point this BS has to end, as Alfa mentioned earlier.

You can most definitely believe in Fortune and be frustrated by what has been delivered in terms of SP performance. Isn't that the case for most people in reality if they are actually honest? The frustration only exists because of how poor the share price is vs the impressive achievements and quality of the company to date. That in itself is a massive paradox and is inescapably mirrored in shareholder sentiment, ignoring both the cliched ramping and the relentless negativity.

And we have a value twice FAR. Just think about that. We produce 30x the vanadium with 20x the assets. Surely no one in their right mind is happy with that kind of performance.

Would you agree that the business has role to play in this 'soft marketing' (which is what you essentially describe)?

Bushveld could also help with some very easy wins. Things like tweeting articles in a timely and consistent fashion rather than a few tweets one week then weeks of silence, or perhaps mentioning the self-generation cap being lifted on Twitter and its relevance to the company, or getting Mikhail into the public domain to talk about VRFB in SA at a time when investors are interested, or perhaps sharing a view on the recent Eskom tender? These are small actions and if you believe shareholders can improve sentiment, then they should also help, perhaps moreso.

As someone who has a twitter feed full of promotion of BMN and nearly 500 followers just from talking about BMN, surely if you expect other shareholders to do what you infer is the bare minimum and support their investments, then the absolute least that the company could do would be to do the same. Thus is it not also your responsibility as a shareholder demanding investors act in this manner to also put some degree of the same pressure you insist should be placed on other shareholders on them to at least match yours and our efforts? The vacuum BMN have created is as much a drain on sentiment as any negativity and it does not have to be this way.

I don't think anyone would dispute that we need news. That isn't being negative. That is being bought into the company and wanting to see progress and significant financial returns. If you don't want that why even bother with investing at all.

And more than just needing news, we need the business to stop hiding it's light under a bushel and get firmly back on the front foot, be brave and start showing the same boldness Fortune readily demands of the SA gov. We need consistent, progressive, SP accretive and sentiment building news. News that will grab the markets attention and set light to this SP. We need our green credentials and market position sorted and revealed so that upcoming developments with the minigrid, Eskom and Belco happen against the backdrop of a green energy story the market will support.

I for one am not remotely interested in when we will next be at 20p. I could sell my shares and make that elsewhere either on the FTSE or AIM with no difficulty. I am interested in when we are going to be back at 50p and going past that to £1 and I would like to start seeing some results after years of the SP falling.

It is time for our excellent BoD to deliver and show why we all back them so much. However patient you are, it really is time for some results that actually benefit shareholders. It has been a long time coming and its time the business showed that it backs us as we back them. And that is not to disregard any of what they have managed so far. It's just about the fact it is April and we have a share price that for all intents and purposes is still in the doldrums.

I imagine many people's primary frustration comes purely from seeing how good this business is (with the same exuberance Martin does!), what an opportunity it has and thus the tension that arises from how bizarre it is that we seem not to be able to leverage that to be recognised as the beast we have grown into! For me that's my only issue because that is the easy part!
