Thank you for the heads up on AWE, I had a good look at them and their chart yesterday and bought in. Looks like a decent uptrend ahead and a good entry point with fairly low risk/downside.

It seems clear why, quite something to see it in action today and Friday as it is very much against the run of play.

On a positive note, it is clear what the direction of travel should be from here, it was laid out this morning. I wouldnt be surprised if it moved reasonably quickly tomorrow am.

Pretty shabby moves today. I concur. 615 - 640 and back to 620 in one session is absurd for a quality stock of this MC.

Charles thats a UT, actual close price was 612.5. Designed to be misleading.

All a bit opportunistic pre-bank holiday w/e, esp given positive noises from US.

RSI topped out and usual bank holiday traders selling is all, moved a bit quick this morning but the trend is intact. Great finish by the FTSE, should set the markets up for a good week next week. 610 sells were brave.

HKK, Here you go. Looks like the breakout is holding at present. Charles has noticed the slight uptick in volume. The MACD is still looking to upswing and RSI is still in a positive trend. I don't see any reason to stress atm. 620 is a psychological barrier purely because of the recent large sell that preceded the drop to 550. It isn't a major resistance and I don't expect it to last long. The breakout hasn't really got going yet. I'm still looking at 655-679 as the next major level. JMO of course. Everyone selling at 620, needs a decent retrace to make the sell worthwhile. I don't see one at present but will keep watching.

Thanks Charles, it had a decent push from that mini retrace this morning. Seemed inevitable today would be the day the malaise was broken given how tight that wedge was. Good to see us pushing on a bit this morning. A bit of consolidation here wouldnt go amiss.

Charles, volume is the issue. It definitely needs to break or the move will fail due to volume - the MMs ultimately want volume! The daily candle ended up with a long tail, which can suggest a trend reversal. We are right on the 50ma as I have mentioned before so it's shifting from here decisively next imo.

As kitty noted, there was a bit of selling at 595 combined with lowish volume as you have noted. We shall see tomorrow am. It did break above the trend but volume hasn't matched it.

It's going to be a busy day tomorrow that will break the recent slowness imo.

Hi all, just having a quick look at what's next for Dark. (Still in with all my shares).

It may be quiet, but the hidden bullish divergence is still in play that I shared recently, but we now have a bullish pennant that is tightening and tightening. This is going to have to break out of this soon because the SP has nowhere to go at the moment. There is a gap above at 655p which I make the next target.

Just a quick chart to explain, but you will see, the dam has to burst soon, volume or not. It is also mirrored on the RSI.

On the contrary SoF, despite your weird attempt to contradict me, one of the two comms slated came out, and the other, the investor meet follow up session did not.

I referred to +ve RNS's - none of the ones you have referenced were that. I really don't get your post tbh. Pointless.

I wouldn't go that far. I just think that given the share price, they should and could make a whole lot more effort than they are to help build sentiment and engage the market and actually follow through on what they say they will do to shareholders. Anyway, have a good week all, and Pdub, I truly hope you get a boost from MGMT delivering something positive so that you get a better price for your shares should you have to sell some.

Just a note on Loudspeakers post over the weekend. Bushveld informed me two weeks ago we would be hearing from Mikhail in investor-facing comms more often - given last weeks news, a forward-looking interview from the man driving this part of the business would make a lot of sense at this juncture. I was also informed a full review of comms was underway and that we would be getting the follow up to investor meet two weeks ago, which as yet has not materialised.

Some decent comms with Crux etc, it would be great if the company could actually build on them and not slip backwards again - not even a tweet on last weeks news. I find it incredible Mikhail can't even find half an hour to talk to investors all summer, given the progress on belCo and in SA.

It's also been a very long time since any positive RNS'....

Strong rally into close for the FTSE and Dow Jones with a positive start, so could be a decent finish and leave the markets looking promising for next week - which will help set the scene for a good week.

Next week is looking promising at the moment. Traders love taking profit on a Friday, I think thats at the heart of the current tussle below the next key resistance line, but the MM's are keeping the bid up well. They aren't stupid, the SP looks like having a proper crack at 600 next week, so no doubt they will be selling these shares back for more then. As posted earlier, it looks like the share wants to break out. Doubtful of it happening by close of play but this is certainly on the cards next week if we can maintain a decent SP into close.

Obviously the underlying target of FTSE 250 entrance should now mean any attempts to touch the lows we have been at get easily bought - that and everyone has seen the bounce happen twice now. Trades out and back in are looking less appealing than they were at the start of the week.

Here's a quick img to show. The convergence of the 50MA is more clear if you turn candles off, but the candles help show the potential break of the down trend more clearly. Again just for illustration for anyone interested.

I also bought back in yesterday at 560. Interestingly the 50MA is now around 595, which combined with a relatively primed looking RSI and momentum turning upwards is looking pretty promising. Every time above the 50MA Dark has had a run up, so a close above in the next couple of sessions should set us up for a run into the 600's. Anyway just food for thought.

Some newsflow would certainly help at this juncture.

This is a great forum, lots of mixed opinions and little squabbling. Beyond the TA and daily SP moves, this is the next frontier alongside climate change. Dark is going to prove a great long term hold, if it even lasts that long without being bought.

One thing I would add and it isn't fundamentals or TA, is just relating to Fortune and the fact he was more bullish than ever in that last interview. Quite odd one might say considering the reputationally tough year he has had and fingers being burned on forecasting.

He stuck his neck out in the last 5 minutes in a way he really didn't have to and let's be honest, that will come back to bite him extremely hard if he doesn't now deliver upon the promise he set out to long suffering shareholders who have been through the mill again and again.

Ultimately part of any investment is one in the people running the show and I think Fortune, having learned so many harsh lessons about over-promising, would not have gone as far as he did without huge confidence that he would return the upside he forecast.

The irony is that this is an unbelievable entry point if you believe him. It is just that AIM investors don't like sticking their necks ou when shares are down. Get us on an uptrend and watch the buyers come flooding back.
