Great premium there from Jeffries. No doubt this makes a move at all time highs soon given the improvements across the board.

Agreed Seaking. I also think once that news is cleared, there will be a much bigger move to follow. No doubt some are waiting to see what happens given it is so soon. Q4 looks marvellous though whatever.

Excellent results. Most of the loss was made by one-off costs associated with the IPO and switch to share-based remuneration. The adjusted loss reduced from FY20 which bodes well. Growth figures look very promising. Well done DT.

I also agree that this is a FTSE100 stock in the making and all this is just the BS thats gets us there. It's a fabulous company.

I think that is why it is being shorted. Revenues vs MCap and a bearish market that sells off at a change in the wind direction.

I'd say it was more a reflection on the UK markets than DARK. They don't seem to have a clue how to price this.

Yep, handles generally they form in the top half of the cup (so the overall rise) and take around a week or so to play out when the cup is formed over a month as ours was. The cup tests near highs, naturally encounters selling cools off and consolidates to go again when support is reached. Always a drop.

Charles, 4.49% walkdown in half a session on low volume and news results that will be better than suggested and China news that has no real bearing on Dark and hasn't affected the FTSE. Seems overcooked. Still in the uptrend ranges etc but for me a bit shabby/OTT. But jmo.

Up .62% now. Shaping up for a better PM for the markets.

Interesting moves this morning. Obviously market jitters due to Asia news but what is notable is the higher low and lower high this morning. That's another sign of the range converging which is what we would want to see before the price breaks again.

Charles, had a quick look. A couple of comments. It's in a small downtrend since results but has shifted to a point where it is close to wanting to break out of it.but isn't there quite yet. The volume is the most interesting part - volume being the truth of investors behaviours. Volume of sells have been decreasing since the recent high and sell off started. Look at the volume spikes at the start of the sell down Vs now. That tells me it is running out of steam. There is also some clear buying the dip going on there as you can see by the intermittent green spikes every time it hits a low. If it was me I would be wanting to see the sell volume drop off a little more because why bother trying to buy the absolute bottom, buy the trend when it turns, but it's definitely slowing down. It actually looks to me like the uptrend will restart soonish because there isn't much pressure to keep pushing it down and it won't trade sideways for too long I expect due to the fact it has no history of going sideways for long.

On this, I think the biggest validation of the DarkTrace product offer is how happy Microsoft (especially) and big tech firms like eBay are to be involved from a PR perspective. Microsoft have been readily talking about what a great fit DT's AI self-learning security products are with their own. There is no need for MS to be doing Twitter videos and features with DT, but clearly they are very happy to publicly endorse DT.

That for me is the first big sign of where this company ends up. In the hands of Bill Gates. Unless of course a competitor moves first. It's too good a company, it has a high quality, progressive and diverse staff, strong ID, great offer and it is growing fast. It has buy out written all over it.

As HKK, I expect lots to add this to their funds and portfolios. It's a proper cornerstone investment in a progressive / tech portfolio,cyber is the next big frontier for global security and for me it's just warming up.

Usually slightly down as we have already seen from the recent high point, but within a range that is tightening which pushes out sellers and with dips that get bought,all things we have seen in the past two trading days. All seems pretty well setup at the moment. The best analysis is usually very simply related to clear behavioural activity without over-complicating things as some are wont to do, and this is very clear at present. Obviously still to fully play out.

I haven't looked at the SentinelOne chart this weekend but will try and take a look at some point. I did notice it start to round off from its dip.

Follow on note to the above - chart was on a timer so sorry if you missed it. Volume has fallen slightly which is a classic sign this bullish continuation pattern is developing. In real terms it means buyers are holding.

Not often patterns follow the rules this precisely. Imo we have switched into buy the dips territory, trading is risky as Friday proved. Hard to sell and re-buy with any real worth. Reflected in volume.

Don't know if everyone has come across this, but www.DarkReading.com is a DarkTrace research/blog platform (badged as a separate entity, albeit with naming synergies). Lots of interesting content for investors - more industry focused than company. Another Microsoft article posted today.

For Henry and those interested, I have posted up a chart on AWE. I have been reluctant to share as it's been a case of waiting to see if any patterns are emerging, but it seems as if we have the start of one. It presented a good trade 330-390 and may be shaping for a better move in due course. Shorts closing would help fuel it.
