3750mtv at $42000 profit per mtv with no growth or other assets factored in using only 59.1% ownership, a poor exchange rate and a very average PE of 14 gives a current fair value of 74p. That for me is the starter for ten. By the time we get there we will be 5000mtv and potentially $62000 profit per mtv. In case you are wondering that's £1.46. still no BE, Mokopane, AfriTin , Lemur or Brits included.

It was only included out of respect to BBN giving the valuation airtime tbh. It's not even a starter for ten for me personally.

It's worth noting that to justify the discussed 20p valuation of Vametco as it currently stands, you would need to use a tiny PE ratio of about 6 even at $50kg. Knowing the average is closer to $65 and that a sensible PE ratio would be 14+, gives you some idea of just how conservative that valuation actually is. Then factor in growth to 5000 in the near term and everything else. It's an almost unjustifiable valuation given signposted growth targets and current profitability.

Yes true but how would you feel diluting by 1/3 for Lemur - I wouldn't be too happy! I just feel FMs real goal is a fully operational Mokopane. Early ore deals won't fund that. It won't be enough $$$.

Must be for greenfield development of Mokopane. 1/3 dilution again with an 8% buyback. ( Which becomes nearly 6% after dilution). Ideally we should be moving on from these levels of share issues. FM did say raising debt finance for Mokopane was tough.
