I imagine the terms of the Sojitz deal were agreed before FM showed our hand in the placing RNS. He would have needed to k own how much cash was needed from the placement otherwise it's just an arbitrary number.

Really we have been on the brink of news since before the vanadium 101. Excluding planned updates it would be really good to hear what is happening behind the scenes. Vanchem or other, Mokopane, BE, Brits, China deals, Sojitz etc etc. There is much implied and little shared at present! It would be good to see some of the above finally reach the public domain. If nothing but to see the world's reaction to what is really happening with BMN.

Its more a question of starting a discussion by requesting a discussion around unrealistic negatives. You didn't propose anything rational that was worth the discussion. Unless I am missing the list of purported negatives... Its an online forum, what do you expect, a bow or a curtsy when you arrive and pistols at dawn when you disagree. Try proposing a post with content of what you feel needs discussing with some intelligent rationale behind it and perhaps you may fare better.
