Has to be the case. You don't restate your target in that way otherwise because the target is plainly unachievable without having made serious inroads into phase 3. They may have well have just said we are already well into phase 3.

Exactly BBN, there is only so much longer that this farcical valuation method of only counting Vametco as the BMN business can continue. Mokopane and BE are going to make a Vametco only valuation meaningless.

Equally if we take out Sojitz all those numbers increase again.

It depends at what point in time, what sales margin and what PE ratio you use. Currently at $53000 profit and a PE of 14, producing 3750 and only valuing Vametco, which is a total misnomer, 85p is about right. But that's today and only for Vametco. Producing 5000mt at the same margin = £1.32. again for Vametco. Is Mokopane worth £0? Is BE worth £0? Are Brits, Lemur or Afritin worth £0? These are the low end in my view. A sum of parts even now is over £1. At the signposted 10000mt, it's £2-3+.

Fair value is a lot higher than 50p.

Says a lot about AIM that UKOG was the top bought share in June. Losing money, gambling on oil that might not be there. Meanwhile, making over £1m a week in profits post tax and we aren't even in the top 10. Herd mentality. Quite a few round number sells going on. Liquidity yes but I imagine some recent profits being taken shall we say.
