Mastermines who he works for is calling Q4 as when the pinch really happens. Upswing in Q3, real pinch in q4. Rebar regs hit in Nov, so Q3 is when changes will really kick in as preparation is made. Tbh, it's already having an effect.

Organic growth and low dilution is certainly desirable, however equally the sun is shining and there is hay to be made. If we need faster access to capital to make Mokopane, BE, Sojitz, brownfield and Brits to happen then brilliant that it is to come from SA. Our capital structure is not yet finalised therefore we can't just grow organically using Vametco profits. I would rather we were aggressive in our growth strategy. Fortune always has dilution in mind. He will soon have 16m shares.

All I would add is that 22.48 is a fraction of what it's worth now given what is happening behind the scenes, let alone at year end.
