Don't come on here much but saw a few directed posts. Still here but have a few investments that im playing with at the moment so switched off a bit here, rather than hiding ;). Nobody can sugar coat this, its dreadful and the board have failed up to now. The July date has to be hit or there will be a lot of very angry investors, which i have relayed to board members.

Best thing is to wait and see what happens.

Assume your post gets deleted once it is reported and reviewed by an admin. For them to delete means that the post breached the rules. Personally I've only reported one post which was unacceptable as it was insulting and had no value to discussions on an open forum.

Ah ok. Thought it was in a more mature state and ready for shareholders with a level of holding to be contacted. I read your post again and missed that this was very early approach.

I was impatient so called up the main offices and they were unaware of any discussions or any formal actions taken. Suppose they wouldn't if its in a very early stage

Interesting Mustard. I have a significant shareholding here and represent some 7m additional shares through a shareholder group, but we haven't been contacted by anybody. When was this set up and how are they in contact with shareholders? Would be good to understand the argument being presented and process.

On a separate note, have noticed big buying over the last 4/5 trading sessions which bodes well for this batch of CLN. Imagine there will be another big sell at close today

Yup it’s a listing market as it only has bonds which are purchased and sold on maturity or interest etc. Think there is also a crypto fund? However, the regulations and banking license/ general financial construction of GSX allows it to expand into company floating and liquidity generating for said companies . That’s the point of expansion before anything can be converted to digital trading. As I think I said here in a previous post, volume would be so low if making the debt bonds tradable so expansion to ME company stock floating is the right direction to provide something that can be “tradeable”. That 12m dollar revenue was probably incorporating all of GSX group but nobody really knows as zoominfo don’t break it down.

You seem to be obsessed with this NFT fundraise that i wasn't involved in and neither was anybody else :)

VLRM has an OTC ticker, but i don't know why formal listing hasn't happened. Wont make much difference to the mcap so don't really care. Check out when MODE listed on OTC as an example of how a share performs.

Sandick is not a nice name. Its a new FY and you need to turn over a new leaf. I cant be living rent free in your head for another year ;)

For a start that triple dump statement from GG is wrong as he is using LSE sell buy once again. Let me help with that. The first was a buy and sell as a result of a bed and ISA, which you would know if you used L2 that marks the trades more accurately than on this forum. There was only 1 CLN sell which was the 150k. Also it helps that we know who did that Bed and ISA ;)

With regard to DL and RP, i have always said i don't like them and how they do things (Dont confuse this with them being dumb.. they aren't) . Patrick i regularly speak / message with and he is very astute and confident in his plan, but he needs to prove himself and he is failing at the moment (He knows this)

With regard to the value of the Miners and MCAP, i think the point is that they need to generate the money in the placing to invest in VINANZ plan, which i believe is to reuse / lease locations to mine BTC. I use believe as i have no idea or care about VINANZ for what its worth. If VINANZ ultimately add value to VLRM then that's all i care about

Do not use LSE here to assess buy and sell because its completely wrong. Look at today for example, all those are NOT Sells they are buys based on the current real time SPREAD on a dummy quote.

If you get an ADVFN account (Its free) you can access LEVEL 2 for free on all AQUISE stock. This will give you an accurate reflection on split and real time trade. Yesterday 120k, in my opinion, was CLN conversion and the rest of the big sells were Bed and ISA as there was a buy immediately after (slightly less shares shown to account for administration costs)

The point that was correct based on my colleague who does it in Saudi. The application is nothing compared to what you need to do from a plumbing perspective. I also work in IT where an application can be created, bringing in numerous feeds in a matter of weeks if deployed as an agile project. Yeah I’m in IT running big IT infrastructure programmes … or do I work for Peel ;)

Also this is a subsidiary of VLRM, so the market would have to be informed on how the subsidiary will impact the overarching VLRM shares

I’m confident no PI was approached for the VLRM collection initial sell off. I’m confident that PI will only be contacted as part of NFT funding and it will be Done through an initial funding note that gets converted to the value of the shares at market entry plus any discount rate. The collection statement was made as a foundation for a future funding round. Bad wording on my part as obviously you can be approached for future floated stock. Clearly not awake today ;)
