No buying and selling activity on VLRM to manipulate live market price. The shares are non floated within NFT collection and any perceived valuation cannot be taken account on current MCAP. Not saying there isnt any manipulation going on here, but the RNS issued isnt a definition of painting the tape

Im in the gatenet group and VLRM, but not heard anything about a specific NFT group. Wouldnt be any value in joining as i have shares in the main company and wont be putting anymore money in this. Its just duplicate posting unless that group is privy to additional info. Intrigued now

This isn't happening here as they aren't floated on the market for buyers to purchase. There is a connection to the overarching security, but not sure it was an attempt to inflate VLRM. What i think they were doing is showing the construct of how the NFT deliverable will be sat in a subsidiary holding with its own shares. The value will undoubtedly align/impact the overall VLRM share value.

They must be minted... I have suggested they buy off a whack of the CLN but i get a "dont want to wear orange jumpsuit" statements. As i have said here and in the group, there is nothing stopping them buying shares, but not going to get that discussion going again :) . Anyhoo cant do much until something is actually delivered here and the MCAP rates to the value of the product being purchased.

I would have to post daily here, as the fan is hit every day. Not sure what you are banging on about as its hardly a pump what ive posted. I only post my interpretation of stuff and never advise to buy.. Infact i said i strongly advise DYOR and the risk here is greater than it was.

Im not sure if its institutions buying, but there is certainly a buyer that has been absorbing a significant amount of shares over the last few months. I believe its the same entity as it follows the same buying pattern. If you look at L2 buying on rounded quantity of shares (20K up) you can see when it drops to a target price it bounces. It could be manipulation by the CLN company to generate buying, but who knows with this company. Personally i would strongly advise people doing research here before buying as its become a much riskier proposition. With that though a much bigger profit. Risk /Reward and all that. The rerate, if the company actually delivers will be significant as you imagine somebody will let the CLN know to stop selling... AIM/AQUISE at its finest.

Just for clarity, as i read that back and it didnt make sense lol.... 2.8m shows as dilution but they only hit the market when they are sold. Some have already been forward sold in advance of the shares being issued. The tomorrow day means nothing, other than they are formally transferred as active shares, even though some will cover the forward sold last week. I think that makes sense now :)

Kenty 2.8m shares dont just hit the market as they need to be either held or sold. The forward selling started a day after the last of the conversion which was on Wednesday. I believe 500 - 600k plus have already been dumped on the market. They have the option to hold onto the rest of the shares and then be paid directly for the final 1.4m. Im not saying this will happen, but we don't know whether there will be
a) further selling on the existing conversion
b) 7 more conversions

Obviously, the longer news is delayed, the more likely we will get more selling and conversion

Looks like Forward selling of next batch of CLN. Assume we get an RNS later today or tomorrow.

That 297,844 sell is the final sell on the last conversion, so either that's it or the next lot to be converted and RNS released.

Cutting it very close to that target date that they specified in the RNS. It wont look good on missing that date, but i do believe it will come through in or around that date. The comms of the company are poor, from complete silence through to badly worded RNS. Have highlighted this to the directors and they acknowledge. Proof of improvement will be when the operational updates come through. I expect them to come out immediately after funding. Assumption is a rich month of news (March through to April). I can see this being significantly higher than it is, but i dont know whether it will reach investors average price before profit taking controls the rise. Its all dependent on the news issued and what the market see's as true value.

Ona side note there have been big rounded buys over the last 4 weeks that leads me to think somebody is accumulating directly with the CLN. Notice how big sell drops in to balance the day out close to market closure time.

As said, best to switch off and wait to see what happens over the next 2 weeks

I think we will see a run as well to be honest. Unless the funding agreement is garbage. Reason is that the CLN will stop selling, which will be picked up by investors who will start buying up cheap stock. Would say more reaction to what the market is doing rather than sentiment. The only thing that will rerate this is hard news detailing the completion of the GSX, a plan and that money has been secured to kill off the CLN, procure the final 50% and have working capital. Equally you also tend to see a fabricated pump before a placing, so may see that here. Obviously all opinion and there could well be a different funding agreement (Venture agreement, new CLN with ME partner, private equity raise etc). Best to sit back and see what happens over the next 2 weeks

Thats a bridge that connects blockchain networks and not packaging of standard securities in an NFT to trade. Its breakdown existing boundaries between different blockchain technologies to allow connection across multiple blockchain platforms forming a web of platforms. VLRM are looking to convert GSX so that fixed hosted assets can be traded (Debt bonds, floated company shares etc). Different products. Anyway cant argue with nothing tangible here at the moment. Really need to get a rocket up the proverbial.

Futures up across the main indices and Bitcoin up 6% so might be a ralley off the back of US statement to stabilise banks and protect depositors. Doubt that impacts here, but hopefully a more positive market tomorrow

Good question mustard and not sure. Either nobody offering or a deal is being done and it’s getting the final terms agreed. I know of some rumours circling but no value in posting here as they may be complete horse dung and I only post fact or my interpretation of the news issued. Best wait till the RNS comes out. Im expecting it by end of March
