2024 Q1 - VLRM to set up trading vehicles and VLRM Markets to begin license applications for market places and exchanges. Did this get done
Gaviscon, an honest question, how much money do you think VLRM need in the next placing to get to early stage of the bridge?
I think they need £5m. I believe that they will need to go to funding partners for this, which will be a difficult conversation, because of the quantity they need and the sizeable ownership that James now has in the company (Including the low price warrants). Lets park that to 1 side and look at the dilution coming. A funding company will want to have a significant percentage cut from the SP at the time, including Warrants. I imagine those warrants will be priced at the director level so as to protect their interests. Most funding agreements have a 1 -1 warrant option so you have to double the dilution. I personally believe that, without knowing the current negotiations, the placing could be as low as 2p and warrants of 0.1p. Converting that to dilution level, you are talking 250,000,000 upwards of new shares. Current dilution is 110M without exercise of options according to LSE, so thats a potential of 360m shares without the exercise of options to the funding partner or the directors..Could be close to 1b shares before anything major is delivered in 2025/2026
As i said, the directors free shares and favourable rates have destroyed this share value. There is money to be had here, but at a significantly lower SP, which is probably why this share sees no volume on a daily basis
