Bit of a dip as they try to tempt sellers and then back to the raises. Needs to be over 4-5p for early value before the real rerate begins with a better understanding of the revenue and how that impacts other opportunities. 12.5% royalty and no debt is crazy at 3m mcap

They wont take it private, but they will certainly have to find a significant amount of money to cover development costs. The fact that James has so much control will deter funding institutions who will want to protect their interests. I think they said funding this quarter so we will have to see what happens, but asking investors to pump this stock is a tell tell sign that they need to raise the price to improve the dilution level. I cant see anything other than a painful CLN with a very low conversion level, or a placing with significant warrants and a premium price. Im going for 2.0-2.5p with 1p warrants... Even that sounds too high based on where the sell price is currently

Looks like a bit of a sell off and significant reduction in Volume. Cant see much by way of buying on L2. Best to leave this one over the next few weeks and see where it sits then. Significantly undervalued here
