Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Personally i dont think this is not a high risk share. If you complete a risk analysis of the company then you will find its low compared to other stock. This is how I see it
Risk 1 - Deal rejected - Impact High / Likelihood low. If you look at all the information coming from Gib, they really want this. They want to be the global hub of Crypto trading and regulation. The Finance and digital asset Minister has actively said that he sees the procurement of GSX and conversion to digital trading platform as a catalyst.
Risk 2 - Major share holder sell off -Impact Medium / Likelihood medium. As mentioned yesterday, major stakeholders have not sold over the quiet news period, so cant imagine it happening until news hits and then there will probably be a derisking/top slicing position with minimal impact against increase demand from positive news
Risk 3 - Placing impact medium / Likelihood Medium. I think even with the credit agreement RNS there will need a future placing. You need money to grow a business and the capital needs to be upfront. However, i believe placing will be at a much higher price
Risk 4 - Collapse of Crypto and demand for trading securities - Impact High/Likelihood Very low. I think we can all agree that there is significant demand for this bridge and Crypto aint going away any time soon
Now try and do this with shares like EUA, GST, VAST, GWMO, COPL...In fact do it to any fledgling mining company that is drilling a hole in the ground to pin point a resource that may or may not be there. The upfront capex costs are huge to do that. Whats the Capex cost to convert an exchange to a digital trading platform. I will give you a clue, much much lower than drilling 20 diamond drill holes in a field in Zimbabwe during political instability. The same 20 holes that may find zero grades. Suppose Risk is relative to the appetite you have for it.
All in my opinion

Just a waiting game like all stocks that need something like a Mining license, FDA approval, FCA approval, JV paperwork sign off, Merger/ Acquisition completion etc. Think its 6 months since we hit the gsx buy request so cant be too long to wait. If you think its not going to happen then sell, but if you are invested then hold firm and wait for that red dot to appear. It could come at any time.

Hit post before changing the title. One of the risks that people highlighted on here was David Lenigas selling whilst pumping the share but his holdings have remained the same. Would be very serious if the register had been updated and the holdings were a fabrication. Think its a positive thing that all key holders are still holding the same amount
San
A very silly thing to do based on the current mcap valuation and what they potentially have in the future. This should be trading significantly higher. Averaged down yesterday at 26's from 32p entry. This and VLRM are a hold for me at the moment.
San
Fair enough. My £1 was predicated on the deal being done by Christmas, but its taken longer unfortunately. 80M mcap is what i think which is just over £1. See what the market does on news day. Russia situation hasnt helped anyone. Sad times
San
Bought at around 14p (Couldve been 12 but the HL snakes kept me holding whilst the price was rising) and have averaged up. I think im at 26p average with around 1.05m shares across isa, LISA, company, SIPP etc. Been holding since March/April. I did have both a trading pot and investment pot here, but stopped trading it now as I'm happy with the shares I have.
I feel like your next post will say something derogatory / negative towards me..I hope im wrong. What price did you get in at?
San
Yes just looked at the date again and you are right. I dont think block selling in one day, but you will see block sells when it happens over a period. Either way its very minimal dilution and over the last few weeks of trading the sells are being absorbed by buying. Buys have been constantly outstripping sells... The spread / mid price has been wide enough to easily determine sell and buys
San
Wilih you may be right, but where were the block sells in the 40s to warrant the profit sell off? We wouldve seen significant block selling, but nothing came through? All sells looked like PI's as they werent rounded sells. The rounded sells indicate a worked order, which you would see on the amount of shares being issued against the loan agreement. Obviously this could change so you may be correct. Would you sell after the 50% agreement RNS yesterday to get 10%? I wouldnt but then who knows. Look at EUA, nobody knows whats round the corner that may impact the SP
San
Shame resorting to belittling and providing no structure. Im not sure i ever said £10 a share, infact read the thread yesterday with the newbie. I believe £10 is a long way off. I always provide structure in my posts and believe i have said numerous times that the value of the GSX alone without conversion is around 80m based on PE ratio and the figures presented on revenue for 2021. I only come on here to call out baseless statements and you sir provide no value whatsover to this board or new investors. I see no articulated posts on valuation, fundamentals, understanding of the technology and how it may work. Anyhoo, im not going to filter anyone because i dont care much whether people fud or not as it has no baring on where this is going.
San
Lol you need sells for a dump. The Telegram group is not an echo chamber. I have disagreed with Patrick on stuff and posted negative stuff. I call it balanced. I dont like Aquise market, i dont agree with NDA statements and also around "closed for director purchase". These are pretty small negatives that have been discussed on that forum and i happy with counterarguments. The BIG RNS will come...
San
So much rubbish written on here and people complain that everybody has moved to Telegram. The dilution level is a fraction of the outstanding share out in circulation. Secondly RP will have engaged with this consortium and provided significant detail so i highly doubt they want to make a quick 25k. Thirdly the MMS brought down the share price on 66k shares and found minimal selling. In-fact I wouldn't be surprised if those 10k sells were MMS forcing the issue. A war has begun so the markets are reacting to that. If you don't understand that then I strongly suggest you go back to looking at fundamentals that impact a companies stock. Apologise if this is pointed but lets try and be accurate about the situation
San
You wouldn't start exercising options without confirmation that the Deal is being seen positively by the Gibraltar Authorities. Its happening. I'm actually shocked that this hasn't triggered heavy buying as its a clue as to how the deal is progressing. Anyway each to there own i suppose
San
So never 100% certain but if you type Gibraltar and Crpto you will see what i mean. The finance Minister is all over this and big crytpo companies are moving operations to Gib because they have an agreed regulated framework in place. The amount of revenue that will come into the coffers will be significant. Length of time is a guessing game.
Sorry for your loss in SNG, but suggest you research this before investing. The Telegram can help you with links to stuff. I would suggest the below
- VLRM Website
-GSX web pages
-Patrick L Young
-Hassans website
-Gatenet and Gate whitepaper
-Mattereum
-Google Valereum and Gibraltar (They were plasted over the global news outlets, including Wired)
