As I see it:

The benefits are paid by Whitbread at the point of sale.

They do not come from the funds of the SIPP.

If you don't use the card there are no benefits.

I've got mine in Hargreaves Lansdown in a SIPP my missis has some in ii in a stock and shares ISA both issue cards no problem.

Surely time for a hike in divi , resumption of interim perhaps?

Hargreaves Lansdown have a box you can tick, otherwise send a message to your broker requesting your card.

This is the information about the takeover timescales. Hopefully everyone will vote against it and that will be as far as it goes.

Used to arrive at the Premier inn, check in and go to Costa for a coffee and a sticky bun. Then in the evening go to the Beefeater or Butchers Block for a meal then a few drinks. Keep the money in house.(then a free breakie in the morning.)

Wonder if this is just the result of the number of private investors in Carrs who don't like the idea of buybacks (which to me don't seem to help the share price) and don't like the idea that they can be railroaded by lack of consultation time on decisions. After all the other resolutions went by normally at the AGM . Why were these two rejected by 56% at the AGM.

ALDI and LIDL are no longer cheap to shop in. In many cases Tesco and Sainsbury are just as cheap or even cheaper as people are finding out.

Divi @1.72 is only about 1% return on capital .When I first invested the divi was 4% so whilst there is good progress still a long way to go.

2 RNS on same day one is buying shares to reduce total one is issuing more shares to use in share options payment. Why not just use shares bought in to pay out the options ?(held in treasury I think this is called)

Whilst I have your attention don't forget to apply for your shareholders discount for 2024/5 as the existing one runs out on 30th June. Free brekkie and discount in restaurant not to be sniffed at!!!!
