Interesting times

I was hoping the idea of PFD being take over target had gone. If it was not wanted when the share price was low why pay more now? Onwards and upwards I hope . Maybe buy a small bakery abroad to produce Mr Kipling cakes ?

Good and steady with increase in dividend but where does the future go? Need some acquisitions to replace the likes of Hovis, Branston, Hartleys Sarsons etc which were sold off in the past or we will stagnate.

Wonder if a dividend will be declared for 2022 or was last year just to placate the shareholders? Last year divi was announced around this time will it carry on this year?

Very neutral statement. Still looking for CEO as don't want to make a repeat of appointing someone with different views (like Hug Pelham) from rest of board

"You will now own 300 shares instead of 350" makes it a bit clearer.

No you will get 350 shares divided by 7 multiply by 6 = 300 shares will be worth 300x whatever the day's share price is.
If you had 356 shares you would end up with 305.14shares .what happens to the .14 of a share?

What about the odd bit of shares left after divide by 7 multiply by 6? Could be over £7 for some people . Been ripped of before i.e Whitbread and Tesco!!!!!!!!

Looks like things are returning to normal. Good set of figures and return of dividend.

Don't trust the deals list on here, the ones I sold went through as a buy. ( the patio furniture is very comfy)
