Impressed to see WHS at Rome airport and very busy. Could be a good strategy.

Wow hell of a discount!!!!!!!!!!! Shareholders perks have been eroded over time, used to get £10 Vouchers off Costa coffee free nights and free brekkie.

All shares I have tendered for accepted (100%)

Now to wait for a good time/price to repurchase or an alternative home for the money.

I tendered 100% of my holdings but nothing has happened still have full shares.Has anyone been paid out yet or did I not complete the form correctly?

Result of tender offer 99.84% in favour.

My worry is how little is going to be left. Over the years they have sold off milling, Billington, the agrig supply company and even the old HQ. Now when the engineering goes is there enough to support the share price?

I have tendered 100% of my shares hoping to buy back in future for the dividend and if we see any growth.

Got mine. Shares have gone and cash is showing as pending.

I have got 35% with ii. shows as two separate holdings on my account.

If they needed to buy110m shares and only got 105m offered surely they will accept all shares offered for tender . If they only accept 20% they will be very short. Not everyone tendered their shares .

Bit confused . If £110m wanted and £105m tendered does this mean that everyone who tendered will get 20% with the rest shared out from the 80% left or will every one who tendered 100% get full 100% of the tender they offered ?

I have tendered 100% also.

The theory being that if the offer is oversubscribed you will get only 20% and the remaining 80% will increase in value.

If the offer is under subscribed you will get out @ 19p and the shares will fall.(you can buy back in then if you want)
