I am sending this Email to “Congratulate” the Amerisur team for the fantastic turnaround in the company, and all the great work the company has done during my time as an investor with you.

My wife and I have both been share holders between 12-18 months and have seen some ups and downs, But even when the Share price was very low we continued to support the company and now we are very happy shareholders.

I would also like to say thank you for the twitter information that the company releases and find it very helpful and informative. I am also very active on Twitter helping to promote the company with a small group of long term holders which you have probably noticed.

I would like to ask when the 2018 results are going to be announced, also if there will be a presentation and the venue as My wife and I would like to attend if possible and maybe meet some of the team on the day.

I have many questions I would like to ask but understand you may not be able to answer because of the regulations.

Look at the oil depth and how much these wells are producing.

Guatiquia Block — Candelilla and Yatay Wells
- Guatiquia Block is located directly adjacent to the CPO4 Block. with the Candelilla wells located
approximately 3 kilometers away from the CPO4 block
- Candelilla-1 commenced drilling on November 9, 2009 and was drilled to a total vertical depth of
11,681 feet on December 16, 2009. Well logs indicated 97 feet of potential net oil pay in the
Lower Sand 3 formation and 13 feet of potential net all pay in the Upper Mirador, The well
commenced production at over 11.500 bopd of 44 degree API oil with less then 1% water cut.
0 Candelilla~2 well commenced drilling on December 26, 2009 and was drilled to a total vertical
depth of 11 .740 feet on January 31, 2010. Well logs indicate 88 feet of potential net oil pay in the
Lower Sand 3 formation and 51 feet of potential net all pay from three separate sands in the
Guadalupe formation. The well commenced production at over 15,800 bopd of 43 degree API with
less then a 1% water out.
- Candelilla-3 well commenced drilling on February 18, 2010 and was drilled to a total measured
depth of 12,162 feet in under 30 days. Well logs indicate 50 feet of potential net all pay in the
Lower Sand 3 and 46 feet of potential oil pay in two separate intervals in the Guadalupe formation.
The well commenced production at over 15.600 bopd of 43 degree API with less then a 1% water
cut,
I Yatay-t well commenced drilling on November 19. 2010 and was put on production on January 4,
2011. Well logs indicate 114 feet of potential oil pay in the Lower 3 sand. The well commenced
production at over 10.440 bopd of 43 degree API with less then a 1% water cut under natural flow.
The well produced over 1.1 million barrels of oil in its first 4 months of production.

In response to your questions:

As per the Company’s interim results, after a review of reservoir parameters, the operator decided not to perforate an additional interval in the producing reservoir sands for the moment, and to review this option once Indico-1 is drilled. This decision will allow potential interference tests to be conducted should Indico-1 be successful. Gross 2P reserves for Mariposa-1 at 31 December 2017 were 2.65MMBO and, given the stability of production and the cumulative volume recovered to date, the Company expects an increase of reserves to be booked at year end for this well.

Almost all of the OBA pipeline is underground. There is a short section that is above ground in the Platanillo block, where the pipeline then goes under the river.

Given the Company’s upcoming fully funded drilling programme, the close period regularly changes and we cannot provide day to day guidance on this and when the Directors are able to buy shares. Directors are aligned with shareholders and as you may be aware, the Directors have recently increased their economic interests in Amerisur and look forward to a busy period of drilling:
• Tracarta Limited, a company in which John Wardle (CEO) has an interest, acquired 395,000 ordinary shares for a total cost of £79,987 (23 May 2018).
• Dana Coffield, independent Non-Executive Director, acquired 216,000 ordinary shares for a total cost of £34,171.20 (18 April 2018).
• Dana Coffield, independent Non-executive Director acquired 233,000 ordinary shares for a total cost of £35,206.30 (17 April 2018).
• Chris Jenkins, independent Non-executive Director acquired 200,000 ordinary shares for a total cost of £30,120 (16 April 2018).

We were pleased to report strong Interim Results last month, including revenue growth of 93%, net cash of $49.3m and no debt. Additionally, we are looking forward to our fully-funded drilling campaign over the coming months. While the result at the N Sand was disappointing, the Company is encouraged by the development of the U and T sands in the area. Indico-1 is expected to spud later this month and we also look forward to updating shareholders of the progress at Pintadillo-1 and of upcoming activity at both Put-9 and Put-12.

At interims the Company set the following production targets for H2 2018; to increase production through exploration success and to deliver production from a minimum of three fields.

Today, Wednesday December 19, in the city of Bogotá - Colombia, a contract was signed between the public company Petroecuador and the company Amerisur Exploración Colombia Limitada. The object is to transport crude coming from Colombia, through the SOTE, from Lago Agrio to the Balao Maritime Terminal.

The minimum capacity assigned to the company Amerisur, to be transported is 5,000 barrels per day (BPD) of a crude oil API minimum of 25. The tariff that the contracting company will pay is set by the Hydrocarbons Regulation and Control Agency ( ARCH) in application to Article 62 of the Hydrocarbons Law.

The term of this contract will be 15 years counted from the date of subscription. However, by mutual agreement, each of the parties may terminate the contractual relationship or extend the term established according to the causes determined in the legal instrument.

This Contract was subscribed backed by:

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Mines and Energy of the Republic of Colombia and the Ministry of Energy and Non-Renewable Natural Resources of the Republic of Ecuador, to promote and facilitate the transportation of hydrocarbons by pipelines, signed on November 4, 2011.
Binational Agreement between the Republic of Ecuador and Colombia to promote and facilitate the transportation and export of hydrocarbons, signed on February 11, 2013.
Cooperation agreement for the use of the Oil Pipeline Network of the Amazonian District (RODA) signed between Petroamazonas EP and Amerisur Resources PLC on June 11, 2015.
For the resolution of disputes will apply, in the first instance, direct negotiations and international arbitration duly authorized by the Attorney General of the State, through official letter No. 10197 of April 17, 2017.

The document was signed by the General Manager of EP Petroecuador, Pablo Flores and the Legal Representatives of Amerisur Resources PLC and Amerisur Exploración Colombia Limited, John Wardle and Fernando Rueda, respectively.

The SOTE, with a length of 497.7 kilometers, extends between Nueva Loja and Balao, crossing the provinces of Sucumbíos, Napo, Pichincha, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas and Esmeraldas.

The company Amerisur Resources PLC and its subsidiary Amerisur Exploración Colombia Limited are companies dedicated to the exploration and production of hydrocarbons, among others. They are currently in the production and development cover of the Platanillo Field, in the department of Putumayo, Republic of Colombia.
