a similar 2 million ounce palladium play sold for $700 million..... we have a $60 million Mcap it don’t take much working out, we will have 15 million ounces soon. I’m buying.

Buyers will want to be in for next week, Monday morning RNS possible.
Bought in this morning didn’t want to miss out on massive gains with this stock .

Took three positions here, can see this hitting 4p plus shorty i’m a new LT investor here.

Assignment of awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")

Amerisur, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on Colombia, announces that John Wardle, Chief Executive Officer of Amerisur, has transferred all his outstanding LTIP awards (which amount to awards over a total of 14,294,136 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")) to Tracarta Limited ("Tracarta"), a company in which John Wardle has an interest. Ordinary Shares will only be receivable under the LTIP awards to the extent vesting conditions have been met.

Following the transfer, Tracarta holds 33,391,505 Ordinary Shares, an option over 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares and LTIP awards over 14,294,136 Ordinary Shares.

I see M&P RNSd this morning, Consolidated results up to June 30th 2019 .... They have $361 million cash available, also a bit on Amer in there too... check it out link provided but not sure it’s going to work.

Finally, saving the best to last, Amerisur Resources have raised the For Sale flag. Management have already rejected the 17p initial offer which is a bullish message to the market. Multiple buyers/parties are involved in talks so it could take sometime for the advisors to strip out the pretenders from the real contenders. The latter are expected to be OXY, ONGC, GEO PARK and GTE. Amerisur Resources folio of assets is an interesting one. All based in Colombia (with exception of Paraguay) they already feature partners OXY and ONGC. Key infrastructure assets such as the OBA (pipeline to Ecuador) are crucial to the economic story on assets in the south. CPO-5 is seen as a bit of a standalone asset towards the north which AMER holds a 30% stake in with ONGC holding the operatorship. Finding a buyer that wants the entire folio may be tricky. Finding a buyer for individual assets could be the way to go in terms of gaining maximum return to shareholders. Whether that will be all cash or part cash and shares remains to be seen. The majority of II’s involved with AMER would naturally lean towards an all cash offer. If this is the case then it becomes more likely that ONGC, GEO PARK and OXY will make the final bidding rounds. Of course there could be a complete outsider that enters the end game out of the blue but until bids above 17p are announced, it’s all about keeping a straight poker face. Interest in Colombia has shot up of late driven by issues in Iraq, Iran and Africa.

If ever there was a good time to sell up, now is it. This is not a desperate forced sale. Amerisur management are nicely positioned with huge exit bonuses. Which is why a deal will be done. TheShareHUB predicts winning bids will amount to over 26p. But in today’s much sought after Colombian E&P sector, that price could rise as high as 35p. For now, the starting bid is in at half the top price. So long way to go to get there.

I recently read a Cantor Fitzgerald broker note dated 8th march 2019 that gave Amer a target price at 27p short term, £1.41 risked and £5.95 un-risked any one else seen it?

HullFc Yes i had a look into it after one of your posts, as far as i can see the instructional investor base does seem to have grown. It would be nice to see a more recent large share holder list than march 29th 2019 on the Amerisur web site though. I did look but couldn’t find one so maybe they may update the website soon especially if Sol 1 come in.

evening willec this is the most recent list of large share holders in Amerisur it clearly states rex is almost completely out. However if you look you will see the Institutional investors hold more shares in total all added together than previously, so contrary to what some are saying here Institutional investor base has risen not dropped like some are saying even though some have reduced their holdings check it out.
