There is no transparency. Massive conflict of interest when Ingenuity can't survive without THG revenues and can be potentially taking away THG profitability by overcharging compared to alternative solutions.

Matt, it then seems like this board is some sort of therapy for you having lost a lot of money. With a billion in unwanted stock, this was a big ship to turnaround.

I too am down a lot like most on here but there are green shoots of revival. No one thinks this is going back to £60 any time but there is a chance to recover to 8£ - £10 and to those of us who averaged down it would be very profitable.

I think from July we shall be able to see what the total of all shorts are with the new rules coming into force. Will be interesting to see if they are as high as Moulding says.

Always baffles me how share price drops so much if shorts are buying back to close.

Funny how the Ingenuity too high capex dropped as soon demerged. He is still funding Ingenuity via THG charges.

If MM thinks he could get away with taking it private for 50p offer why wouldn't he?

Everyone's concern here is that Moulding wants to take it private on the cheap like he did Ingenuity.

From the demerger document:

Mouldy has no desire to increase the THG share price . It's just pure greed so he can take it all back on the cheap for himself.

THG needs to make a profit. End off.

The city don't like him and will not value sum of the parts business. Should get an uplift by reducing debt but won't see a major lift in share price until he starts making profits (not including sale of businesses). The core business is still loss making.

I personally think he want's to take it private and it suits him that the share price does not rise.
