What is bad read Cuppy. I read it as expected.

No real surprises. They already told us revenue decline of 13%.

Who knows how market will react but most likely will be down day.

45-55% premium to what price? No one is going to let Povelson or Ashley take this for 45% premium of the current price.

Even Calamonte needs this to be over £6 to get his windfall as per the new incentive scheme.

Seriously looks like it was somehow manufactured drop from £4 to £2.30 for no reason but to obtain shares at a big discount. Hopefully so any takeover over £10 wouldn't be as expensive for Povelson or Ashley.

Looks like the employee share trust. Don't know why it takes them 3 weeks to notify.

For the last two years they have been getting rid of 500m of stock probably at a loss so revenue numbers have been looking bad. Hopefully now they are selling more at full price again the revenue numbers should start to look better going forward.

As long as customer numbers don't fall off a cliff then things must be improving hopefully.

He has a huge clothing empire with Bestseller and shareholding in Zalando. I'm hoping he is wanting to intergrade Asos into Bestseller - but at a good price to current shareholders.

Valueplayer made reference to the RNS yesterday at 12pm on this thread.. I think it just flew over peoples head at the time..

Yesterday's RNS is not showing on this site for some reason. Povelson increased his holding to 29.03%. Good sign that he is still buying and so close to the 30% to have to make a mandatory offer.

Where did you get that 40m number from?

I would have thought it would be a lot higher loss number given they are going to write off 190m or so.

Eyes will be on trading profitability & growth.
