uk sales do not and have not had any impact on sym sales which has always been a rapid growth export story. worth mentioning at the moment as we all seem to be getting distracted by plastic pollution news in uk which never seems to mention biodegradable plastic. chill its not part of the sym story.

imho i really dont think its worth it on those types of items. eager to see uk sales of d2w improve significantly but i also think an outright ban would be more effective, dare i say i agree with may on this one

thanks for the tip. the reason i look at the stock is because of the flood of contracts coming in mainly from the MoD. but i am starting to think they are but more white elephants. impressive sales growth of that size really ought to be accompanied by an improved bottom line? it's always worth looking at stocks that are so discounted for such obvious reasons, but is so baffling to witness time after time a lack of interest in the one thing that is killing the sp.

i am assuming they qualify for fat tax rebates? if they gave a jot about sh interest they would at least mention the elephant in the room? i reckon the elephant could sit on the desk at a board meeting and still no one would bat an eyelid.

the only way i can think that recycling could reduce plastic waste is for d2w to be added to all recycled plastics.

i am saying that of all the plastic out there, alot ends up in the sea and some makes it to a recycling plant to be made into plastic...of which some will end up in the sea and some will come back to recycling where it is made into plastic again, of which some will end in the sea and some back to recycling....should i continue or do you see a pattern yet?

does not reduce plastic. it just gives plastic another opportunity to make it to sea. it will end up in the sea sooner or later thanks to the wonderful world of recycling.

yes. you are right. but the enzyme is being promoted as a re cycling solution. that does not reduce waste plastic it just makes it easier to produce recycled plastic. how is that a solution?

there are always exceptional items they can invent. expect many many more.

as you said " profitability being in the next set of figures as shouldn't be the exceptional items and the two previous purchases should be more fully integrated" only problem is that if you read the entire release there is absolutely no mention of future profitability. ie. they have no intention of paying tax any time soon. as i said stuff me and you.

it's not in their interest to show a profit for tax reasons so shareholders are sacrificed for cash flow. as long as there are no interested acquirers they can let the sp rot for all they care. as long as management get paid who gives a toss about you or me? gl
