open. could depend on the extent to which maxwell is incorporated into the tesla business. mr musk may want it to focus purely on tesla requirements. cpx might see less competition as a result. also raises the possibility of cpx becoming a takeover target itself. although a quick one and done 50% hike from here means we would sell at 13p and sod off to find something else. not the long term investment i was hoping for. imo
