My understanding is that 88e are no where near infrastructure where as panr are right on top of it road and pipeline, so if any major is looking to buyout either panr win infrastructure and resource.

to remind, this is what Ed Duncan said about it in the recent Webinar: "Super important for us as a company is the PLAY CONFIRMING test of the Campanian BASIN FLOOR FAN complex. This play has NEVER been effectively penetrated in reservoir facies in this area. The correlative section has been drilled through, but NOT RECOGNISED for what it ACTUALLY IS. The Campanian Basin Floor Fan complex that we have in Talitha is PLAY CONFIRMING and, I would argue, a PLAY OPENING test that, quite seriously, is likely to have the HIGHEST hydrocarbon pore volume, at a play level, of ANY play on the North Slope since the discovery of Prudhoe Bay. I cannot overstate it!"
