I knew the spacing would balls-up but if you take your time you can figure it out. But basically it supports Soup's valuation of LEG. The placing hit our share price by 0.02p per share and since then it has barely moved. Despite my own figures telling me not to, I stupidly bought while it was on its way to 0.39 and I got more on its way back down. Why? Because I was greedy and I expected VS to take-off faster than it has. Who do I blame? No one except myself. Why am I still invested? Because I think VS will come good. Do I think Zaf has done a good job? Absolutely not! Is there any point in calling Zaf on a BB? Absolutely not! And now Ive written all this 'Tom and Jerry' will still come out and claim Im supporting the CEO. 🍉

I started my calculations following Soup's posts at 14:30 but got broken off, sorry Soup if it apears Im copying you. Here are my figures of the relationship between VS and LEG, hopefully they may shed some light on the on-going discussions. VS have issued extra shares and redistributed others since 4/4/15 and LEG’s % will have fluctuated slightly but I've used 7% as a constant as a guideline. I know one thing for sure that would make me sell up and move on and thats having Dear Ken as our CEO. Why dont you try some joined-up thinking before posting? Hi bonesgt No news so, until we get rid of the 1,000,000 - 2,000,000 seller, I doubt we'll get much movement in the price. Some people think this seller is the one who exercised their warrants recently. I believe it could be the trustees of the bankruptcy. But either way it's holding LEG back. GLA 🍉

I wont go on because I dont understand the workings of companies at board level but I feel filings on companies house are almost impossible to fully comprehend. I agree with your (ii) comment but why dont they spell out exactly what is going on? Like your last line summary. And instead of posting 50 pages of rules & regs, why didnt they just announce the total of shares now in circulation and list the holders? In the grand scale of things none of my questions are important but a liitle more clarity would help me understand more than I do. How you doing with SL79? Ive still got him on filter but I can see, from the gaps, he is still posting. I bet he's still whinging, and I'll lay odds that Zaf's travel expenses to IBS in NZ have been on his agenda. 🍉

Talking news. I would like to know what VS did to give Notion and LEG a bigger stake. Did they issue extra shares, have some of the current shareholders forfeited theirs or has as some other deal been done? As far I know Zaf’s option to increase LEG’s stake in VS expired last year, so how did he wrangle a further 0.4%? And as long as the t##t that keeps selling 1 and 2 million tranches every day stops, we have no chance of the news having any positive impact on LEG. The RNS valued VS at £66m so based on that alone LEG shares should be worth 0.15p 🍉

Boring, boring, boring. At the danger of sounding repetitive myself, how many more times have I to tell you… there are two directors at LEG and possibly one, if not two, office staff. And please tell me what you would do if you were Zaf. I’m not saying he's doing a wonderful job but just what would you do now if you were made a director of LEG? I don’t expect an answer because people like you always choose the easy option and that’s to blame someone else and moan because they have nothing positive to say or constructive solutions to offer. If it bothers you that much, sell up and move on 🍉

Notion and now us? Does anyone know where these VS shares are coming from? Are VS issuing extra shares or are the existing holders diluting theirs? I'm guessing that we paid around £10 a share which values VS at about £65M but I cant do a thing without the numbers. HELP! 🍉

durv You’re wasting your time trying to get cry-baby ken to discuss anything other than Zaf’s wages. Earlier this year, out of boredom, I looked back at his posts and 49 out of 50 were all about that. He offers no solution, hasn’t got a constructive bone in his body but I still haven’t filtered him. Now SL79 is filtered and I can see from the gaps he is prowling around so beware or you’ll set him off and then you’ll think ken is really positive. Last week news from VS is fantastic and 12mth from now we could be all celebrating. I won't say any more as I will only be accused of ramping. 🍉

Morning Soup Rearrange the 4 letters it has censored and you will get a lot of what you can read on BB Im hoping we have reached the bottom with this share price at 0.13p but we could do with some of these contracts starting to impact on the valuation of VS. This was a much happier BB when we were in the .30s 🍉

Dam and blast! I put SL79 on filter last night and now Im desperate to see his latest gibberings. Im soooooooo tempted to remove the filter but I'll resist for now. GLA and if SL79 is reading this good luck to you and I'll shake your hand at the 1p party 🍉

If you’ve held these shares for 5 years you will have seen them fall from the dizzy height of 0.14p in 2012 to 0.07p by the end of 2014 For this exercise let me guess your average share price is 0.10p. By the end of 2015 it was 0.13 with a potential 30% profit. In July/Aug 2016 the share price was .25p a 150% increase. By the end of 2016 you could have still made a 100% profit. And I won't mention May 2016 So why didn’t you sell when you had chance? You obviously thought it would climb higher and now that it hasn’t you’re looking for someone to blame. To claim Zaf is deceitful and implying he is dishonest is not your best move and borders on slander. Don’t get me wrong, I want to see it higher almost as much as you, but coming on here week after week bleating about Zaf will not help the share price at all. You’ve made your point and your constant whining will only make any doubters, reading this, jump ship. I don’t believe a share can be ramped by comments on a BB, especially one with nearly 3 billion in circulation, but if it could you would definitely be a de-ramper. 🍉

kadavul 1) When the share price was falling I bought in at 0.19p thinking it wouldn’t fall any further. 2) When it fell to 0.16p I bought more, thinking it couldn’t fall any further. Now, when it's 0.13p I'm thinking can it fall anymore? But then I remembered points 1 and 2 GL with whatever you decide 🍉

Good posts Soup. I do hope I havent persuaded SL79 to jump ship, poor man has been in this 'Jam Tomorrow' share for over 5 yrs. Like all of us, I really want LEG price to start climbing but for that we need VS to be successful and starting making some profit. And before that happens we all need a little more patience. GLA 🍉

Life is a gamble, and so is share dealing. Over the years I've had spectacular wins and some awful losses. I lost on a company that started up those PC/telephone things that you see by hospital beds. The machines are still there and the public still buy the top-up cards so where did my £2k go? And don’t get me started on the family run pea-growing company. Am I pee’d off I lost my money? - Yes Is there any point in looking to blame someone else for my loss? – No Do I think the LEG CEO is currently doing a good job? – No Should he keep us more informed of how things are going – Yes Is he overpaid for his recent activity? – Yes Do I feel betrayed? – No I've been in LEG for over 18 months and looking back I should have sold up in April 16 at triple the price I paid for them but…. I was greedy, I wanted more and I was so sold on the idea of VS’s success I bought all the way back down to 0.14p So now I'm sat on another potential loss but the only place to look for someone to blame is in my bathroom mirror. And the bald, ugly, fat, b@stard looking back, is ME. Sorry for my longwinded reply SL79 but somewhere in there is my answer. Hopefully you can relate to one or maybe two of those scenario’s and take some comfort that you are not on your own with your losses. BTW I dont mean the last paragraph - while I sometimes poke fun at people I can also take the p!ss out of myself 🍉

Just so you know Im not sleeping with my mate Zaf here's what I wrote last February. I have to add that my tongue was stuck firmly in my cheek (Not Zaf's) Next phase of the development - Sit back and wait for VS to succeed. New office - He needs somewhere to sit and wait. One off IT – Waiting can be boring so he needs a new Xbox to amuse himself. Increased expenses - He may have to wait a while longer so will need more new games for the Xbox. Increased salary – He needs take-aways while he plays on the Xbox. As I've said before if he can get LEG to 1p, he can and ride off into the sunset a hero, while I bank my profit. In the meantime, he has the Xbox to relieve his boredom so I aim to amuse myself at his expense, to help relieve mine. On a more serious note, don’t forget, Zaf personally owns 169,433 VS shares, so he wants success as much as we do. 🍉
