I keep getting lost when we use 3,000,000,000 figures along with GDP and pence. But Soup shouldnt your SP values be GDP? or VS = £100m then LEG sp value = 0.236p Other than that I agree 100% with your figures and will add two more. VS = £423m then LEG sp value = 1.0p - Party time VS = £1,000m then LEG sp value = 2.362p - Zaf's claim that VS could one day become a unicorn company 🍉
🍉 WARNING to SL79 and Ken I'm happy to discuss shares with anyone but you (and more so Ken) don’t appear to want to talk, just complain and criticise. Ive yet to read anything constructive from you. If this was an ordinary manufacturing company producing springs, or freezer shelves, etc. Zaf would have been booted out years ago for lack of return to shareholders. But it's not, it's Dragons Den with a difference. Zaf is the chief Dragon, and he is investing our money, not his own, which makes him cleverer than P Jones because Zaf can't lose. And before you start calling me a ramper, just remember there are almost 3,000,000,000 shares floating around and I doubt anything you or I say could have any impact on Zaf, the BoD or LEG’s share price. So what should Zaf do now? What would you do if you were him?
I’ve been dealing in shares for years so I don’t need advice or favours. Am I pee'd off the warrants keep coming and the share price keeps dropping? Of course I am, but what’s the point of keep regurgitating ‘our directors are useless’ ‘they’re only in it for themselves’ ‘they’re paid too much' Do you think the directors read this BB and if they did would they care? Of course not, no one is forced to invest and proper research would reveal the warrants before they did. I've bought all the way up from 0.11p to 0.33p and I could have sold them all in April 2016 and walked away smiling. But I was greedy, I wanted to go to the 1p party and now I'm sat on a loss. And even today I'm tempted to catch the ‘falling knife’ and invest more but whatever I do I refuse to blame anyone else if it all goes wrong. So, cheer up pal and if you don’t like what you see, sell up, take your losses and move on. For the record, my logo changes to reflect the price. <0.2p = Watermelon >0.2p = Lemon >0.3p = Pear (cos I like a nice pair) >0.4p = Strawberry (nearly got used last year) I've considered a 🗡if it drops below 0.1p and 🍷 if we ever reach 0.5p. 🍉
From the same link. You are in a market that is geared up for you to lose 90% of your investment in the first year. Today we have total strangers giving out advice, telling you the share is the next best thing since sliced bread. We have other people saying sell as a placing is coming, the company is bankrupt, or the CEO cant run a business. Let me guess which one applies to you.... 🍉
Sorry Soup I was teasing SL and Ken. They do like a good whinge and I was giving them a couple of bullets to flre. My back-of-a-fag-packet calcuations and ignoring our other investments says our 0.18p share price values VS at £75M. And while Beauforts have a valuation of £178M its also plain to see that they have their fingers in the same pie so they will inflate lt it to suit themselves. Saying that, if VS does ever reach £200M I'll be more than happy with my LEG 0.48p share. And a £410M valuation would start the 1p party people buzzing. Lets hope tonights winners invest heavily in the NHS and some of that money filters its way through to us LTH's. 🍉
If we value VS at £200,000,000 that makes LEG worth approx. £14,000,000 Karim personally owns 2.7% of VS = £5,300,000 Karim personally owns 11.3% of LEG = £1,580,000 So even a £100,000 salary will be chicken feed to our director as he counts his £7,000,000 🍉
This is who, I believe, the major shareholders were on 16/9/16 It is only a guide to help ease the argumentsand must not be 100% trusted due to warranty issues since then. Ken, what on earth has Soup said in his post that implies he supoorts the board? LEG is a one-trick pony We will only get rich if VS succeeds. If you havent the patience to wait, sell up and move on. We could have a much better board to run LEG and they could be more transparent. If everyone did their own research before buying a share they would know this, so there is no point in whinging after the event. And before you have a dig back go and read my post on Zaf back in Feb. Signed Sam The No1 ramper of LEG and lover of Zaf 🍉
SL79 I'm not trashing what you think, just asking you to prove your theories. I took your comment of me, selling lemons and melons at my chippy, as banter and used the same media to draw attention to the latest dilution. That is as near an apology you will get from me but if you or anyone else posts inaccurate or unproven information, I will challenge it. Believe it or not there are people who will invest on what they read on a BB and I’d like this one to be accurate as possible. I've no idea who or why someone has called in their warrants, a ‘ramper’ would say they are positioning themselves to make a killing, a ‘de-ramper’ would say there is some underhand dealing going on. Of course, it could be neither and that is the fun, for me, of dealing in shares. Sometimes I win other times I lose (for the record, right now, I'm drawing with LEG) but each time I learn a little more, always laugh and move on. 🍉
There you go SL79 Zaf lost £7k in 10 days on AMED, I wonder what he will do with today's £55k Maybe he wants to buy my chippy? 🐟 😄 🍉
Last time I looked this how the VS shares were allocated to LEG and its directors:- LEG = 7% Zaf Karim = 2.7% Thomas Reuner 2.4% 🍉 I cant be bothered to do the same research on AMED
What happened? I dont know, apart from someone exercised their warrant to buy £32k shares and has had the opportunity to sell them at £64k. So we agree on the maths but you cant accuse someone, just cos it fits your conspiricy theory. Zaf is a director at both LEG and AMED and would be required to divulge any dealings he made in either company. Of course he could be doing under-the-table deals in which case, he will soon be doing porridge, that will make you and Ken happy 🍉
<0.2p 🍉 >0.2p 🍋 >0.3p 🍐 (I like a nice pair) >0.4p No stop! Dont be silly! I dont think I will be using the strawberry anytime soon but its in my locker.
Before I start I want to say I'm not wearing my rose glasses today but I have to pick holes in this AMED theory. So, we’re saying on 28th April Zaf paid LEG £32k for 32M shares at 0.1p each and then sold them, in tranches, the following week? At the market rate of 0.2p that would have left him with £64k in his pocket. Then on 10th May he invested £32k in AMED and put £32k back in his bank leaving him with 120,000 AMED shares that cost him nothing? I put that theory just behind, Elvis working in my local chippy and USA never landing men on the moon. Sorry folks, I'm not in love with Zaf and I can agree we aren’t getting our money’s worth out of him at the moment but would we care if this shares hits 1p? (whoops! I slipped into ramp mode – Sorry) This is a “jam tomorrow” share and now a one-trick pony and therefore it can't release an RNS if there is no news. If we don’t like that or the director, as with any share, we sell up and move on. Simples! 🍉
Super Im not sure if Im understanding this 32k warrant or if youve got it wrong. I thought LEG has raised these extra shares so that a warrant holder could have them and LEG put £32,000 in the kitty. Of course they could have then sold them to buy Amed but thats a cospiracy theory I cant buy into. Apologies to you if Im wrong. By the way, dont tell Ken about Zaf being a director at Amed cos he's probably getting paid by them too 😄 🍉
If I'm understanding the RNS, someone had a warrant to buy 32M shares at 0.1p and they have exercised that right. (btw SL79 they paid £32,000 for them not £3,000) I've no idea if or how many more warrants have been issued but as LEG doesn’t hold any of its own shares, they have no other solution but to issue new ones. By my calculations, the dilution should have devalued the share price by approx. 1.1% As I said, this is just my opinion and if I'm wrong please just tell me. And can we please stop with the name calling, last year CC rightly got banned for this and it doesn’t make good reading. At this price its back to the 🍉 logo
Whoops! We didnt see that coming. To all investors, have a great weekend 🍋
Careful Implied. This time last year CC said we would never see the 20's again and it dropped from 0.39p to 0.15p Saying that I hope you're right and we get over 0.30p and slowly improve from there. And I've promised to change my logo when we do. GLA 🍋
