Good morning durv It looks like some posts have been deleted because Ive just spent 15mins giving you my opinion but it disappeared as soon as I posted it. Sometimes I have to read your posts twice but I always get the gist of what you are saying. So keep it up and dont let SL79 get to you. Note to lukehere - Point well made. Note to SL79 - There you go, read lukehere's post and learn how to make a point without sounding bitter and twisted. I'm not a lover of how Zaf conducts his (or should I say our) business but if his actions make me some profit I couldn't care less about his personality or how he comes across. For the record; I first invested in LEG over 2 years ago when I got them at 0.1368p and I've purchased far more since then. So I have every reason to feel frustrated at todays price and the promise of 'jam tomorrow' but I'll hang on for the rest of 2018 and see where that takes me. Ive just looked at the number of posts and at first thought that maybe there had been a massive leak of positive news but then disappointed to see that its all about SL79 spitting his dummy out.....again. I gave up arguing with him last year and put him on filter but I can tell what he is writing by the posters replies. Back then he was saying Zaf was taking too much salary and when I pointed out that LEG had two directors he just ignored that and carried on his ranting. Then Zaf was lending to all his mates and was leading us down the path of ruin. Again I pointed out that LEG is an investment company and lending money was part and parcel its business again he didnt reply. Just like luckyjohn, I looked at his other investments and posts and in almost 99% of those the companies have poor diretors and they should all be shot. Now it seems, after claiming all posters on here were just rampers and he knows more than all of us put together, he doesnt know where Zaf was born. Im with all of you on this wtf does that matter and it definately has racist undertones. Im in LEG for one reason and one reason only and that is to make some profit. At the moment I feel like Ive backed the outsider in a three-horse race, we've fallen at a couple of fences and are currently plumb last. But with VS as the jockey we could still win and so Im here for a while longer. In the meantime I'll sit and wait and if I get fed-up I'll take my losses and move on. What I wont do is come back on here, pretending to care about everyone invested in LEG by sayin Zaf is a monster. If I end up losing all my investment the only person to blame, is the one in my bathroom mirror. Just for SL79 (providing he hasn't filtered me) If you feel Zaf is behaving Illegally, report him to the authorities and give us all a break from your bile. Or go to the next meeting and tell him in person what you think and get your answers dierectly from the man himself. AJ Not sure if your question is tongue-in-cheek or serious. If you're serious the simple answer is dilution. The model of LEG is to invest in 5 companies and hope that 1 becomes a 10-bagger. At this moment VS is that 10-bagger and all the others have a way to go before we see any returns. Without any income from any of those investments the only way for LEG to keep operating is to expect people to work for nothing or issue placings therefore diluting the value of shares already in circulation. IO I suppose we have different views on investments in general. Im not interested in waiting for VS to start paying a return, Im only interested in making a profit by selling my LEG shares. If/when VS float (or get taken over) it will be at a certain value. LEG shares at that point will hopefully reflect that value and I aim to be out on just the news of a potential float. Ive no idea what will happen at the float, I suppose LEG will get 7.2% of the value of VS or retain VS shares equivalent to that value? If LEG receive money there is no guarantee the Zaf will pay us a divi, he may just use it to invest in another company. I'm not interested in waiting for that to happen. If the float values VS at say �1bn, LEG shares could be trading at 2p and at that price I will be sailing my yacht on the Mediterranean Thought it would have been a busy day on here today, just shows I know nothing. IO I wasnt point-scoring, so sorry if you think that but when you make comments like the ones below I reserve to right to question them. 1) I don't believe Zaf knows any more that is in the public domain. 2) I am optimistic about VS prospects, but there are 3 to 4 years to run before they are ready to exit. I think comment 1 is very demeaning on LEG's director and while you may not like what he has done or is doing I believe you are being very unfair. He has got us a 7.2% share in VS and deserves some credit for that. You have already agreed with me that Mill's stated "VS plans to float, on the public market in the next 18 months, most likely on NASDAQ exchange" That was last July so we COULD see them float this year and therefore I dont follow your 3-4 years comment. For the record I believe LEG is currently a one-trick-pony with its investment in VS but that alone has the possibility of valuing LEG at quadrouple todays price. Any other investments we have are, to me, just a bonus.

So according to you, both Zaf and Andrew Mills know nothing? Zaf can not issue information regarding VS unless they allow him too. And even if he isn't on the VS board he will have forgotten more about VS than you will ever know. Anrew Mills CEO of VS said last July "We aim to break into the US market in the coming months" and you intrepret that as he meant 48 months? If you are going to criticise people and how they run their companies, at least try and do it constrcutively and with a modicome fact.

Soup If you�re trying to reason with SL79 then I think you are wasting your time, I tried reasoning with him last year but gave up in the end. I think you are spot on, I think he wants the company to go bust so he can boast and say I told you so. He�s watched LEG zoom from 0.10p to 0.39p and back again, no wonder he�s unhappy. From what I gleaned he first invested in LEG over 5 years ago, when they could have been bought for 0.10p (0.07p if he was lucky) and sold out at the back end of 2017 when the price was 0.15/0.17p. If he thought LEG was so poorly run why didn�t he sell in the mid 30�s and move on? In the end his name calling of Zaf (which bordered on insulting) along with his childish rantings left me no alternative but to filter him. Every now and then I am tempted to have a peek to see if he is still writing his drivel but up to now I've resisted. I'm invested here for one reason and one reason only and that is to make a profit. I may not agree with what the directors do or how they run the company but I don�t see it my place to try and �police� them. And I certainly don�t think anything I write on this BB would alter their thinking. If I don�t like what�s going on, I'll sell up and move on. IMO LEG is very much like Dragons Den and like Dragons Den, not every investment will come good. I accept that all the investments so far have stalled and that CfA along with IBS have a long way to go but I believe we are on a winner with VS. Underdog1 welcome aboard. Nice to have some positivity on here for a change. I agree with a lot of what you say on your Terrible PR post. I think this share will zoom at some point but I think it will be on the back of VS and not by winning an Amazon award. I�m guessing you are arguing with SL79? I know that because he is the only one I have on filter. Wots he saying? Zaf's a thief, he's raped me, he's using LEG's expenses to visit NZ for a holiday? Or how about, he doesn�t tell us anything? Do his posts still have typing errors? I think he makes these mastikes (intentional joke) in the urge to vent his anger. It's either that or when he washed the keys on his keyboard he put them back in the wrong place. If you read the LEG accounts from 6/10 you will see that Bosques plants take up to 2.5 years to flower. So apart from Zaf saying the plants are doing well there is little else to report. Durv 5 year ago this share was 0.11p 2 year ago this share was 0.11p (and dropped to 07p inbetween) 18 mth ago this share was 0.35p So any investor that started 5 year ago would have been rightly pee'd off for 3.5 yrs and possibly negative. But today that same investor would be bitter and twisted having missed a +200% profit in May last year. Big difference between negativity and bittereness. SL79 as you are the only person I have on filter you must be still whinging and whining. I thought you were the 1,000,000 seller and had ridden off into the sunset. Obviously not 🍉
