We've had 40% increase in share price in the last two weeks and still you're not happy? No wonder AIM and I are curious about where you stand. You seem happy to dicuss Zaf's financial affairs on the internet and your boring posts about Zaf's wages (now 39 out of 41) border on deramping. So, by your own words, that makes you a very thick, deramper, who we all should be wary of because you're only interested in your own personal satisfaction. All BB members beware, with these kind of comments, this guy could seriously damage the share price of the 2,807,000,000 out there. I'm sure the sun is shining near you, go out, sit in the sun, drink a little wine and chill. 🍋

They hit 0.39p at the end of April last year but I dont think we will see that at the end of this month. Saying that, something seems to be happening that we dont know about , so who knows where it will go. Fingers crossed and step by step we are getting there and I will need a new logo to replace my ever patient lemon, if we do. 🍋

F##k me Ken You must have posted about 40 times this year and apart from the two, where you had a little dig at me, the other 38 have been harping on about directors pay. Zaf can NOT disclose any news about VS without their permission and even if he did he could be accused of insider dealing. Do you ever look at anything in a positive way? Have you any research or opinions to post? What price did you buy into this share, 0.30p, 0.35p, 0.395p? Is that why you're so sad? If this share gets to 0.7p in the next 12 month (it should be at that price NOW) I'll be more than happy. Cheer up pal, or sell up and move on, life's too short to so bitter. 🍋

Wow! If this keep up, even Ken will be smiling. Ive been saying hold for so long, now Im not sure what to suggest. If I say buy, the price will surely go down and if I say sell, it may head back into the 30's Whatever you do I hope it works out for you all. GL 🍋

With the spread at 0.20 - 0.23 the mid price is 0.215. Any transaction on or below 0.2149 would show up as a sell and 0.2151 as a buy. Based on that, the system, understandably, calculated your buy as a sell. Also todays 0.23 is clearly a buy and the 0.206 are sells. The real problem is that it's the MM's who set the spread which leads us mere mortals to try and 2nd guess deals like yours at 0.2145 Anyway looks like someone has got bored with LEG and is dumping a few, which is a pity following last weeks closing price. 🍋

Morning luckyjohn Are you seriously buying? The reason I ask is you say you bought last week and it came up as a sell and same again today. The way the system calculates buys and sells leads to cofusion as to where the share price is going, so sorry for asking. 🍋

Im trying to get my weight down so Ive cut down on my wine intake. In fact Ive started using wine stoppers for the 1st time in my life and the other half of the 15% will disappear tonight. Can't wait for Monday? I think this share has everyone wishing their time away. I started buying them over a year ago and paid 0.11p for my first lot and have paid as much as 0.36p for others along the way. Im now so bored waiting for this 'jam tomorrow' share to take off that Ive started trading 1,000,000 of them making a little profit where I can. Ive not lost faith in it though and Ive a nice Barolo waiting to celebrate passing 0.40p and Ive a magnum of Full Fifteen ready for the 1p party. I just hope I live long enogh to open that one 😄 🍋

Its National kindness day today so I plan to buy a bunch of daffs at the supermarket and give them to the first woman I see. FWIW CC who, IMHO was rightly banned on here, seems to have disappeared on the ADVFN LEG BB's They even started a rumour that he was selling his LEG to buy into another share and ramp that up. Who knows? But I for one do not miss him. Mini drop today so lets hope for some good news tomorrow.🍋

thekenner It is difficult to tell if you’re invested here or not but whatever your position is you always seem terribly angry. You are so angry that you ignore all facts and have very little understanding of numbers, so here are a few things to take on board before your next rant. Last year Beuforts valued VS @ £178,000,000 so with 6,388,947 VS shares issued that would work out at £27.86 each. This year Beauforts valued VS @ £240,000,000 making each share worth £37.56 each. At those values 1.2% of 6,388,947 would cost LEG anywhere between £2.1 & £2.8M and that’s assuming that you can find anyone to part with their shares. (see my past posts of VS owners) I'm not a lover of Zaf but in his defence, I’ve stated before that LEG has 2 (that’s two) directors so please stop harping about the £160,000 salary. Zaf personally owns 169,433 VS shares worth anything up to £4,700,000, maybe he will sell some to LEG? Oh wait, that will cost us over £2,000,000 which we havent got. For the record, there are 2,807,000,000 LEG shares in circulation which would value (based on VS alone) each one at approximately 0.60p each. Sorry for having a dig but your constant whinging is annoying enough but without facts to back it up you are, to me, either invested in the wrong stock, on the wrong BB or both. So, give it a rest mate, cheer up or sell-up and move on, life’s too short to be getting yourself so wound up.😄 🍋

Drivenout Im sorry if I appear to have copied your info but I was busy compiling my reply to kadavul. There are two things that annoy me every time I read them and one is the referal to our % holding and the other is posters saying LEG should invest more in VS. We appear to agree that the holding is 7.0% and not 7.1% (small point but wrong non the less) If posters cared to look at the names of the shareholders they should ask themselves 'who on that list would sell' And once they have decided that, calculate the value of each of those shares. If Beaufort's value of VS at £24M is anywhere near correct then each VS shares would be worth £37 each. 🍋

kadaval - Your numbers are spot on but your percentages are incorrect due to amount of VS shares issued. In and amongst the garbled info on companies’ house, VS managed to issue a further 406,015 on 27/4/16 but didn’t really make that clear until October 16. By issuing these extra shares it devalued VS and therefore LEG got extra shares to compensate for this loss so, there was no extra investment by LEG and your percentages should read 6.2% and 7.0% I make this point because Beaufort continually quote that we hold 7.1% when according to me it is only 7.0%. Maybe a small point but, as brokers, they should be able to get their numbers right.
