This is what happened last time got sold down ahead of results as I think there may be a leak

I’m guessing it may be coming tomorrow-an unusual amount of trading

This co is a complete dog unfortunately!

Classic brokers advice from UBS sell at 495 - when they hit an all time low they advise selling rather than buying!

They continued buybacks throughout every profit warning!

Looking at the profit projections there is no growth unfortunately !

Save us the tea leaf gazing

Should in theory be starting to recover but I think might be running short of cash

A real dog - has undelivered on every metric -it’s cheap but doesn’t seem to be any catalyst

I think they’re still paying a meagre dividend-but the fact that they’re trading about just over half their net assets makes it a buy for the patient-I’m surprised somebody hasn’t after Bellway made another play for these

One would think so it trades at about half assets - joke price really

Why a big buyer -this company and share just deals in disappointment ! If they don’t buy them now they never will-by the way do you work for Lords or just their cheerleader?

I’m also confused this seems far too cheap if there’s no real nasties the price seems ridiculous - the absence of directors buying and Crest Nicholsons endless apacity to disappoint make people nervous - they said an offer of 260 was inadequate- I bet they’d never thought it would be 1.65

Doesn’t look that great to me more a move to shore up the balance sheet

Couldn’t agree with you more their options are aligned against US growth as if their major UK and European markets don’t matter -I thought Lisa Montague was very able but I’m not sure now - lots of costly initiatives that don’t seem to result in profits just good for another celebrity photoshoot -they need to start delivering for shareholders

Poor interims which were leaked -I’ve got quite a few shares in this one they talk a better game than they deliver
