Re house prices10 Jul 2019 14:20
May I offer an alternative view on house prices which no one ever seems to mention or understand- where interests rates are at the moment it could be argued that house prices are too cheap! To afford the average UK house of circa 240 k / with a ten percent deposit you can borrow 220 k - and repay with joint income about 60 quid a week each - some people spend more than that in a coffee shop in a week - so please don’t rattle on about how high prices are - as a percentage of take home pay they are a bargain!!!
