1 billion = £15 a share based on the approx 71 million shares in issue .

The company are looking to the future and using the money they have in the bank to expand and further R and D.

This is also the second time GM has mentioned acquisitions , so much as I would like a takeover of Novacyt at a minimum of £15 a share .
I think by the sound of the recent GM interview he seems more than happy building the business into a midcap company which will hopefully achieve that share price before the end of next years.
IMO

Quiagen are at 47$ a share , their market cap is nearly $11 billion though .

Although I supposed with all these new sales and account jobs been created the company should be banging their own drum now and actively chasing new and existing contracts .

Hopefully there might be an extra one asking us if we’d accept an offer of £15 per share from a potential takeover ;)

I can’t see any resolutions on the website that need voting on .

I don’t see why the government are so against airport testing . The U.K. is loosing £650 million a week of lost tourism due to all the mixed messages regarding quarantine and testing .
Not to mention all the jobs related to the tourism /airline industry that will be lost .
Maybe they just haven’t found the right test yet ? OURS !

Morning sun , I was reading an article this morning about the government hoping for a test that can only pick up people who are able to infect others , I’m presuming with a higher viral load .
This would hopefully prevent others who have been tested positive but who arnt infectious to carry on with their lives .
My question is do we provide this test ?

Morning Wilson , I also noticed that link regarding quiagen ‘s similar winterplex test on Twitter from tayquant . The artist formerly known as sharehunter3.

He also wrote a great and very long thread regarding the great at times but frustrating relationship that we all have with Novacyt that I recommend reading .

Reading into Roche’s slightly inferior test all the info on the links you added only go to show me that we are not only up there with the big pharma boys we are actually making better and more accurate tests than them .

The big boys will be highly aware of what the great team at Novacyt are capable of and how adaptable they are . ( The tweaks to the two gene french test and more demonstrate this ).

I’ve said this several times but I really do expect us to be on one someone’s shopping list as testing isn’t going away anytime soon .

We are a one stop shop for all of the best CV 19 tests , if you were a big pharma boss wouldn’t you want to snap us up ???????
