We are not mentioning new contracts even though we know they are been done and more are planned . The top level recent appointments and increase in staff prove this .

The design of PathFlow® assays capitalises on the utilisation of colloidal gold particles as detector reagents. This delivers a high performing and reliable method for detecting antibodies to the ‘S’ protein receptor binding domain (RBD) and in the ‘N’ proteins of SARS-CoV-2 in human whole blood, plasma or serum.

The new test not only identifies people who have built up antibodies in response to being infected with SARS-CoV-2, but can also be used to assess an individual’s response to immunisation. Understanding if someone has developed an immune response to SARS-CoV-2 as a result of either infection or vaccination is a pivotal step forward, not only in our understanding of the virus but also in our ability to combat it.

We’ve developed the PathFlow® SARS-CoV-2 rapid test to be used for sero-surveillance and assessing vaccine efficacy. Potential applications include academia and research, immunity passports and for corporate use in assessing employee immunity.

Hi Wilson , is this the new “next generation “ antibody test NCYT were talking about ? It sounds pretty special ?

I heard that earlier k. Cases are already rising and it seems BJ is already planning and justifying his next lock down .
I think quite a few of us here knew vaccines weren’t the golden bullet we were led to believe .

Just playing the devils advocate but if we have our own versalab trucks I’m guessing we won’t be heavily involved ? Unless they need a specific test.

Has anyone thought that dr Jenny harries the new boss of UKHSA might have some input into the dispute with our DHSC contract . Quantities , price , test types etc ?
Would it be possible to have purchases from them in the future instead ?
Just because we are in dispute don’t think we won’t get more orders from the government in one guise or another .
In the meantime the rest of the world is our oyster and discounted sales we made to the DHSC will be sold on at full price to the other 149 countries we have supplied .
Covid cases are rising already although the death rates are still low . Plenty out shopping and drinking today , let’s hope we are back in good terms before the U.K. needs us again .
