If my understanding of the resolutions passed is correct, under resolution 9 the company may now issue shares up to an aggregate nominal value of �500K, which means that with the shares being 1p each means that if they were to raise funds at say 5p, being the same price as that at which the directors' warrants may be exercised, they could raise �2.5m. With the resolutions all passed, the company can now finalise any capital raising it needs for funding the one or more deals.

And to think the SP shot up to 1.14p on announcement of Luke's appointment. Those 500K sellers have killed the price. Each must have had near 3% of the company's shares on the face of it. Surely, can't be many left.

This morning I wanted to top up my holding in KAT. This was after the ask was raised. The mms wanted 3.64, quite a jump from 3.20 for the last trade. I was surprised that they increased the actual ask by so much and decided not. That price was for �1k but also for lower at �500. I suppose they are now in short supply. So if someone would kindly sell some tomorrow please, I can then make my top up. :-)

Omerta you know the way these things work. I've no idea what timescale 'in the very near future' means. It can be said one minute and then as matters develop 'very' disappears. As a LTH, your patience has worn thin I'm sure. I had initially invested in January, but them sold part at a loss several months later. So now I'm hoping to recoup my loss and more. We shall see. GL

I do agree gc. As you say, they will need the authority to issue new shares. Hopefully, though, they will, after the AGM and by early November, make some form of announcement. Patience required as usual.

With the AGM on Thursday, can we expect some news? In the accounts published on 29 September, directors said that an investment would be announced in the 'very near future'. Mcap is �1.13m whilst cash held by MILA is over �900K. With this being a main market share, that difference is much less than the value of the listing. So IMHO MILA is a very good buy now to get in before the action.

No. The directors have taken share options in lieu of salaries and I just can't see them selling shares on the open market prior to any announcement.

Yes looks like this can be arranged in time before the mid-January deadline.

Know how you feel mike. Those selling in those 500K lots these past few weeks have damaged the SP. The TR1 was mine so I am feeling pretty ......... this morning, but I believe in the directors producing a great deal and so I shall be holding. Mcap is certainly undemanding now at just over �1m.

SP back to where it was just over a month ago. IMHO it is a buy now as it was then, in that news is still expected in the short-term possibly about an RTO of Kalahari Metals or some other acquisition. The directors Luke and Adam have great experience of finding and developing resources.

'Very short time' is running out; so yes, AGM, or before it, would be a good time to hear some more definite news.

Disappointing indeed. Today's two big sells and the other round figure sales over the last two weeks perhaps indicate there is a placing in the offing. Whether or not there is one, I wish they would just get on with it as they are testing my patience. Let's hope all becomes clear next week. Have a good weekend pashman.

Do you think there is a possibility that Kalahari Metals would be reversed into Draganfly?

Having sold out in the high 30s, I've bought back in this morning. There seems to be little downside risk but a lot of upside potential. Just need some outstanding assay results to really get the SP moving.

The application, submitted last month, was prepared in compliance with the recently promulgated amendments to Tanzania�s Mining Act, 2010. Currently, a moratorium on the award of any mining licences and special mining licences is in force throughout Tanzania. Another company submitted an application last month and they believe their application will be processed administratively and be decided pending final amendment requirements in accordance with the new regulations due under the new Mining Act for publication and process. Hopefully, the same will occur for KAT's application. In itself, it does not look as if it should delay progress on the ongoing development work, which can be carried on whilst waiting fro the licence.
