It would be good to see some news soon roy. I see there has been a buy at 0.65 this morning. Hopefully, a sign of a further recovery in the SP today. Will any sellers appear to ruin the rise? Hopefully not as they are very likely to be selling at a loss, although that doesn't always matter of course..

A number of buys just gone through and ask up to 0.60. Is this the recovery in SP I'd hoped for? Certainly someone is interested in this under-valued shell.

These appear to be options which expire on 31 December 2017. He will have received �487,650. Does he need the money or does he feel he will not have the funds to exercise them and sell them on now? Does that mean he doesn't expect the SP to rise materially between now and the end of the year? I hope not.

HI cheesie, I suppose the first question is whether the company needs to raise initial finance. It probably has cash of about �650K at present based on the interim results report, plus VG shares worth c. �190K, a total of �840K. Will that be sufficient to acquire the Indian company? I suspect that it will be necessary to place some shares to raise more money to finance the RTO. At what price compared to the suspension price - who knows? Here's hoping we know this side of Xmas and that the company do not leave it until January with cancellation of the listing then in prospect. So long as they proceed with acquisition of the Indian company, it is surely most likely to be before Xmas, 3 months after the MOU being signed being 28 December.

Further buy this morning. IMHO a buy at 0.55 before it ticks up with mcap at just �889K.

For those considering investment in MILA, mcap is just �1.04m and company has cash of over �900K. 6 shareholders owned over 3% each as at 6 September 2017.

Please wake me up when something happens lol. Would like to know which of IRR's many resources the company are working on at present? Chad obviously but what about all the others. Can't we work on all of them with the financial backing we've got? SP would IMHO be rising if it was evident the company were working on many at the same time, giving some regular impetus.

How refreshing it was today to have no sells! Perhaps we can see a rising SP again. Like you uinsionn, my family and I have many millions of shares in DRG and the current price is very attractive to add more as I did today. GL with your other share later today.

The updated Mineral Resource Statement and PFS will hopefully give the share a re-rate. Not sure how long they will take though. But at the current SP, I can afford to wait as they could make quite a difference. Patience of a saint is certainly something I have learned over the last 3 years of investment. Research in depth so you know as much as you can about a company, its Bod, its resources and plans, wait until the SP is oversold or in the doldrums, buy and wait for action. Works more often than not.

Welcome to the bb with your very first post. It is just a matter of wait and see now, as it has been since the company first floated over a year ago, but at least there does seem to be more of a chance now that a first deal will be announced without waiting for another year! lol GL and hope to read many more posts in future.

Agree raider that SP is showing little faith but my understanding is that the fall was due to 3 large holders selling out in a snowball effect. Funding is a question of course. Hi cunningfox - this was part of September's RNS - Excellent progress is in the meantime also being made on finalizing the updated Mineral Resource Statement for the Imweru project and laboratory results for all the geological samples that were collected during the recently completed drill program has since been received (Two weeks earlier than expected). The technical team under the guidance of the Competent Person (CP) is currently in the process of processing data, updating wire frames and block models to produce an updated resource statement and Competent Person's Report which also represents the final delivery of the Resource Development Programme. As you can see the results were back then but not specifically announced to the market. Let's hope the market starts to re-rate the company.

Excellent news - progress continues to be made. Katoro Gold plc ("Katoro" or the "Company") (AIM: KAT), the Tanzania focused gold exploration and development company, is pleased to announce the completion of Phase 2 of the ESIA of the Imweru project. The National Environmental Management Council ("NEMC") have acknowledged receipt of the Scoping Report and Terms of Reference for the execution of the final phase (Phase 3), being the detailed Environmental Impact Assessment. Receipt of the Scoping Report and Terms of Reference confirms successful completion of Phase 2 of the ESIA and permission from NEMC to continue with Phase 3 is expected to be received shortly, as required by the Tanzanian Environmental Management Act. Louis Coetzee, Executive Chairman of Katoro commented: "We are very pleased with the sustained momentum and progress on the Imweru ESIA. Completion of Phase 2 of the ESIA represents a considerable amount of fieldwork and specialist studies, which was completed ahead of schedule. The ESIA is a key activity which runs in parallel with the Project Development process and drives a considerable number of approvals required during the Project Development process. Good progress is also being made on the completion of the resource restatement and completion of the Pre-Feasibility Study and we will keep shareholders updated in this regard."

As I posted a fortnight ago, progress with Imweru is ahead of time and within budget. Assay results are back from further drilling and are to be incorporated in an updated Mineral Resource Statement, which could well increase the JORC-compliant gold resource estimate currently in place of 11.6mt grading 1.38g/t for 515,110 oz of gold. Target of 18 - 24 months to be producing at least 50,000 oz gold per annum with company looking to up that figure. Very modest mcap with that potential even taking into account deal to be made in due course with Tanzanian government.

The free float is 105.2m shares per 4-traders.com so what percentage of that do you hold? Now is surely the time to add if you believe in Luke and Adam with their wealth of experience and with Mcap at now just �889K. IMHO expect to see breakout within that period with first target of 1.83 and second of 4.52. Multi-bagger in prospect.

Do you know whether there will be a placing Barry? It's not necessarily going to be the case. The Bod may decide to use the funds it has to buy in to a JV.

DRG's website shows that as at 17 October, Pelamis still held their percentage. No reason for them to sell at this stage. I suspect what happened was that one shareholder decided they could not wait any longer for whatever reason and decided to sell. That then had a knock-on effect with one or more and of course because of the size of the sells and there being insufficient buying to absorb them, the SP is where it is now. With the mcap at below �900K now, I would expect to see selling slacken off, except for those panicked into selling. To sell now at a certain loss now would seem to be senseless, not that that will stop some investors! I expect to hear in due course that one or more assets or percentages thereof are to be acquired and those who are not invested when that first announcement is made will be ruing the missed opportunity for a big gain, probably a bagger or more. As you say Kenirogas, if you are already holding continue to hold fast and for those who are considering buying do your research and you should decide that DRG is a certain buy at this level.

As bonker will hopefully agree, get past the current resistance at 33.5p (3 times in the last 3 weeks) and we could be up and away again.
