Would you believe it. Alexander Charles William Snow director of Turf to Table since 2008 is also an exec director of Amerisur Resources. That�s the Giles Clarke connection! Feel pretty certain now that RTO will proceed as advised by #SMA.

The Snow family are the two directors and own the company with others. I notice that Sebastian Snow is one of the chefs at the Bull Inn. Hope this deal comes off. I note that the last RNS did say that the process of putting together the AIM listing documentation had been underway for some time, expected to be completed by April. So maybe there is a strong chance that this RTO will be completed.

Hi draft -seems you are a bit lonely on here. Share is not traded very often is it. I had heard about Nektan a month or so ago but have now been alerted to the share being near to support by a market screener. Looking at the RNS history and your posts, this looks like an overlooked share. What are your current thoughts on its prospects?

Like you no doubt I do get tired of hearing the phrase 'in the near term' or similar. Let's hope we can say within the next 3 months 'By George, he's done it!'

Shame if that is the case Setanta. How did they manage to negotiate such a good price for so many shares?

At the last AGM, the directors were given authority to issue just over 50.8 million shares. As part of an RTO, we may see a need to have an EGM to give power to issue more. Nothing particularly unusual about that though. The viewed value of the assets acquired will determine how well the share will do afterwards and that is where I have confidence that the directors experience will count for a lot.

Think they will need to raise some more funds to complete RTO as their cash resources are on the low side. But that happens sometimes. What is important is the assets they acquire. I expect them to be seen to be of sufficient value to well outweigh any fund raising effect on the SP.

Yes I see. MMS dropping prices everywhere because of main markets sell off. Hope it proves to be a good buy for you. Really don�t know where the bottom is for this share now. Too low for me to give in. Will hold to see it through.
