ME Group, QCGL and Quanta CH13 Mar 2019 09:33
From 30 Nov 2018 'Forbes is continuing to prepare for the delivery of its strategy and the Company expects to make further announcements in this regard shortly,' How come over 3 months later, no announcements have been made!
Further research on Companies House website shows a tangled web.
QCGL formerly Quanta Capital Group formerly Quanta Capital has 2 significant shareholders Coxhead and Cornick. They with Cooper own Quanta Capital Holdings, which is being acquired by ME Group Holdings.
QCGL own 59.84% of Forbes Ventures.
So ME Group Holdings if they have any shareholding in QCGL have less than 25% and do not indirectly own the 59.84% of Forbes Ventures.
Going back to Wressmycase's question, why are there both Quanta Capital Holdings and QCGL?
Confused. Perhaps ME Group Holdings do own a holding on QCGL, but at this stage less than 25%?
Oh and by the way, QCGL own more than 75% of Quanta Capital Litigation (possibly 100%).
Time for an update from Forbes Ventures board!
