Good to hear about these new customers as the company hadn’t apparently progressed for a while on the new client front. All good as the various social media channels it is using now, having relied on Facebook most of the time in the past, will increase Brave Bison’s revenue and profitability.

HZM continue to build up the PR for themselves in tweeting news of increased need for nickel. I'm fine with that.

Profit-taking has got rid of the short-term traders. Interesting that the bid has been dropped to 1.1p and the quoted spread widened. Perhaps Tangent wanting to add to their holding and mms dropping the bid to persuade some to sell. Maybe not, but good to see that most trades are still buys. Not to be sold when there is always a potential bid in the wings but importantly backed up by great increases in social media site hits which can generate revenue now or in the future.

Weekly chart is set up now for a break out upwards. MACD crossover starting with RSI at just below 50. Increased volume needed and no guarantee. I have posted my chart on tw..t..

With a mcap of just £8m at present, this provides a real opportunity for profit whether by merger/takeover by Tangent or by natural revenue growth as it increases its revenue by full monetisation of all of the social media sites it uses to promote its' clients . With its last year turnover of £15m, its current mcap is IMHO way too low and the profit-taking today gives a great chance to invest/add.

Wassap - it was a pre-pack admin sale to Brave Bison and as such will be at a 'cheap' price for what they had.

Indeed an excellent acquisition for a giveaway price. I do like the sound of acquiring more strategic assets as well. Brave Bison will surely come out of this current virus pandemic stronger than before with the increases they are achieving in online viewer numbers.

I have to agree that if a takeover bid is launched, the offer may well be disappointingly low. Tangent have been able to acquire 27% on the cheap. I'll take 3p per share at this time.

One trade today was so exciting I agree, but this is a share to hold and wait whilst aiming to make trading profits elsewhere. Any takeover bid would surely need to be for at least £15m which would be cheap as it would represent only about 1 times turnover. That would be something like 2.5 times current mcap. Worth waiting for I think.

We are under the radar that’s for sure. Too many pis looking to make money from pharmas.

As Tangent load up, investors are asleep except for the astute few.

Another 7m shares sold in two tranches today. Yesterday TLG finished disposing of their 5.5% holding. The takeover or RTO appears to be coming soon. I have been buying.

Wonder if 4D’s work in asthma which enabled then to identify a novel LBP that can address both neutrophilic and eosinophilic lung inflammation concurrently could assist with relieving the impact of Coronavirus on the lungs.

That extra couple of months of cash is good to read AIMBagger.
I note that Merck's biggest drug is a cancer treatment called Keytruda, with which 4D are in a combination study. That link with Merck cannot be undervalued.
