Managed to top up with £1K at 3.5p late afternoon. So it looks as if the other trades at 3.5p late on may also have been buys.

I agree with CF73 that with substantial updates due in the next few weeks, the SP will not stay down at 3.25p to 3.5p for much longer. Mcap just £12.4m for such a major project is a gift.

Interesting to see someone else tweeting about Forbes. Looking at his tweeting it looks as if he has been following this for some time. I assume that it is not you?

Not flush with funds at the moment. So no. Could do with a few shareholders selling to reduce the SP, but expect there is not much chance of that happening now lol.

Just checked average is just over .51p.

Thankfully, I’m already in profit because of buying some at .4p or thereabouts.

Will take time to get back to profit but a great start and the additional sources of revenue from in-home and sales of the cleanser are a bonus.

MEGH UK Ltd own 59.84% of Forbes Ventures plc as announced awhile back. I don’t know who owns the remainder as FV is registered in the Cayman Islands.

FV own Forbes Ventures Investment Management Ltd.

Rob Cooper and chairman Peter Moss, directors of FV are now directors of Forbes Ventures Cell 1 Ltd which was incorporated on 14 July 2020 and FV is its wholly owning parent. Interestingly, Peter Moss has moved his country of residence to Malta as shown at Companies House.

The two large purchases of shares in FV happened just 2 days after Forbes Ventures Cell 1 Ltd was incorporated. No doubt no coincidence.

So things are moving!

Actually I recall first buying them as Tengri and then selling them back in c. September 2016 when they were largely owned by Robust Resources.

MH3834 good to see someone other than wressmycase and I commenting on Forbes. Both of us have also been here from before moving to Nex or Aquila as it is now called. Those two large buys earlier this month came right out of the blue and certainly auger well for the future together with the new ME Group appointment.

We should be handsomely rewarded in due course IMHO.

Great find wress. All looking very good for the securitisation cell commencing in the next couple of months as planned. It’s been a long wait but we can’t be far off now.
