Thanks for that info on share quantities. Hardly surprising. I wouldn't want to pay 0.75 at this early stage as we couldn't be sure that they might do a placing at that sort of level, but I am happy with what I already have in any case.

Back in May when I e-mailed Rob Cooper I was reassured that all was still on target despite Covid-19 and my thoughts are that it will be set up by September simply because they said approx 6 months when they first announced on 2 March, but of course there are no guarantees.

I am pleased to say I hold just over 1m shares. Still showing a loss but with an average of just over 0.52p so not far off break-even. Mcap of £2.17m perhaps a bit high at this stage if they decide to do a placing to inject funds directly into the company. However I look at Litigation Capital Management as some sort of comparable company for what Forbes might be a couple of years down the line and that has a current mcap of just under £69m!

Had a quick look at INX. Seems to having to make some tough decisions on its future if I understand its current position corretly.

And someone bought £44k . Wow.

It is going to be very interesting to see how they finance the new business in Malta. To date as Forbes has no funds it has been financed by lending from MEGH the holding company. Will they seek to raise funds do you think?

Only 3 of the 4 MOUs stated in the presentation have been announced to the market. Very pleased that there is another one as it should add to the competition for offtake and ensure a higher price for it. That adds value to the project given the conservative nature of the price included in the last update. This company is certainly undervalued given its low capex and high IRR.

Looks like someone added £20K worth this morning in 4 trades. Deal awaited.

They now operate business savings accounts as well as offering finance.

Not sure what Forbes will do with their investment but might produce some cash if sold towards the costs of setting up the securitisation cell in Malta, which I understand is on track for commencing in the next few months.

Good news yesterday. The company is building up its business with some excellent clients just like Tangent the main shareholder. The combination of the two would make them both stronger in my view. Greater creative resources to share and develop into one of the majors in the industry.

Looking forward to the issue of the news by Petroteq of the first tranche of licence income due from Valkor.

Good deal of buying on Thursday. Good to see the SP edge up again. Not too many sellers about as most holding until a takeover from Tangent.

The 4m shares bought is equivalent to 0.65% of the issued share capital. Tangent had 27.3% when last reported.
