Finarlies - if you had a genuine interest then you’d know when he stopped. Do you not think that world events have had any effect on what CS was able to do ? In the circumstances I think we’ve come through a very difficult period and should now start to see an improvement.

But the only way to make a difference to anyone else would be to give the money to the company or to charity - unless you’re part of the consortium that is currently giving money to the company and getting new shares. Buying on the open market only results in a profit or loss to you. Most lth will be sitting on a loss and saying that we’re proud of it does not make sense to me. Each to their own I guess and best of luck.

It’s a strange one JHFH. Can’t remember the exact terms but it’s at a set discount to the current price. The issue has always been that Heights would then start offloading as soon as the conversion happened. This now seems to have been resolved since Richard Hughes came onboard about 2 months ago. He runs Zeus and was a decent sized holder before joining the board. He funded the last payment and took the shares at 0% discount so fewer had to be issued. Also they now appear to be in stickier hands - hence the recent share price improvement. Personally I think that we’re pretty close to getting some sort of deal so hopefully the repayments won’t be an issue for much longer.
