The decision to walk away from the work and funding whilst retaining 20% would have looked sensible through that lens. The position now is very different!

Games is too easy an answer. Yesterday once again we had a number of large 1m plus sell trades reported after the bell. My view is that we have institutional forced sellers either due to rebalancing or investment mandate restrictions. It is worth looking at AIM rules , considering the potential investment mandate restrictions and the fact that GGP will become delisted and then relist as the new entity. I keep checking for RNS's detailing major changes in institutional holding and as yet have seen none. It is most annoying that trades can be hidden during the day by delayed reporting. FWIW whilst the price action is disconcerting I see this as the PI being able to take advantage to increase holding whilst certain institutions are forced sellers. We know that late June the opposite will be true when Australian institutions become forced buyers.

In terms of gold, geopolitics has played a role. However, check out Basel 3 and tier 1 assets. From 1st July 2025 banks can hold gold as a tier 1 asset. So 44 and others please do some research before posting tripe here. The market for gold has changed. Central banks are buying.

Hi MH01 and Element, What I am seeing is institutional selling (rebalances, potential restricted investment mandates) so having some buying would help counteract this. I am aware that you can't "trade" your own shares. However, companies can buy back there own shares if they go through a formal transparent process. There are lots of companies doing it as we speak. the shares can then be cancelled, use for employee share options, held etc. I am therefore not sure why they would be precluded from releasing those shares on a listing if it was all transparently set out in a prospectus . It was a question that I posted at the townhall and it did not get asked. Make of that what you will.

FWIW I would like to see the company buy shares at this level to be sold at the listing . They could easily buy 2.5% . It would mean no dilution. It could be done transparently and could be in the prospectus. No dilution. No impact on cash as sold at listing. Supportive of SP.

Other than that totally agree that share buybacks make no sense with Hav to fund.

Look at the trades reported after the bell. Lots of 1m plus trades. Precisely as suspected. An institution/institutions selling either to rebalance or because our new listing does not fit their investment mandate.IMHO it is not anything to do with the fundamentals. Once listed ASX investment houses will be forced buyers (and also some very willing buyers).

As I said last week for the few institutions in the UK who are prepared to buy Aim penny shares you will find that their investment mandate only allows a certain amount per share. The significant gains this year means that there are forced sellers. It also makes me wonder if the way that our cross listing is structured as a main ASX listing with the ability to trade on AIM means that some of our exiting UK institutions can no longer hold (it depends on their mandate).As I said before this forced selling does not reflect on the company and creates a window to buy if you believe in GGP. My view is that post listing within 6months we will be far higher.

All this talk of rounding up shares. Max potential loss = circa £2. Less than a coffee at Starbucks! Seriously guys ….

To get into the ASX 100 you need an MCAP of circa 3.3 bn Aussie $. Initially Shaun thought we would make the 200 index but it looks like circa 3 months post listing (when the index is rebalanced) we will make the top 100. This is seismic. Consider, we are currently an unloved penny share on AIM where few institutions will touch us. Post ASX listing we swiftly move into their equivalent of the FTSE100 , mainstream , attracting the top institutions. On top of this their tracker funds will be forced buyers. Night and day.

They either round up by up to 10 or down by up to 10. So if the shares are 20p we are talking about a max share value of £2. Are people that bothered about £2? I don’t want to appear flippant but guys really!

Reverting to my 1st post on this subject. Look at the trades. Mainly buys. But every now and again blocks of 1m and 2m sells. Classic institutional portfolio rebalancing .

Shear class, I get your point but Atlantic Lithium is a tiny company and the placing was thus material. In contrast Shaun is a shareholder and is looking to place the bare minimum shares. These shares will be massively over subscribed.

The window may be fairly short because inevitably some ASX fund managers will try to start building a position in anticipation of the listing (depending on the flexibility of their investment mandate). However, no ASX institution would buy before shareholder approval. That should happen on the 12th of May.

I just took my own advice and bought more, rude not to!

I just received a note that Tatton are rebalancing their portfolios. They do not invest in GGP but it highlights why we are currently stuck. Few institutions invest in AIM penny shares. Those that do have maximum portfolio weightings for any given stock. We have doubled since February. With every rebalance the institutions trim their GGP weightings. With few institutional buyers that hits the SP. When we move to ASX we will be a main listed company. There will be new institutional buyers. This period is thus a lull before the storm. For me the ASX listing cannot come too soon. In the meantime this represents a great opportunity to buy. For a change, and only for a brief period, the system is working in favour of the PI wishing to acquire and against the institutions bound by their strict rules.

Hi Element - we are on the same page. Either way using reasonable numbers there is great upside from here.

The Aussie $ trades at circa 50p. The profit is therefore circa £1500 per oz. Assume both mines producing = 500,000 oz. 500,000 x 1500 =£750,000,000. Now multiply by 10, 15, 20 or whatever for your MCAP. However you look at it the MCAP and resultant sp has a lot of upside and that is my takeaway. That is 7.5bn to 15bn.

Great posts element . Only thing is that a billion has nine zero’s not 10. You also seamlessly move from. Aussie $ to $. I think that the upside in terms of mcap and resultant SP is thus much higher than your prediction.

Mat, no ASX fund manager would act at this stage. I think that at the very least they would await shareholder approval which should happen on 12th May.
