Someone could buy them on the cheap esp if they cant build the order book. Hostile takeover
if i was GDR i would build a strong order book and get a higher price, if indeed they want to sell

Tbh if its not happened in 20 years, i dont think its going to happen anytime soon. The company will want to ride the Covid wave and make some money for themselves. There will be some good bonus plans for the company directors and DB. Bottom line it would make him very wealthy.

Dont think the government would stop GDR takeover, if indeed it does ever happen.

I think their intention was to stop the big boys being bought out. This gov is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard tbh.

If mm’s open it lower than 100p they won’t be letting anyone buy. Plus I doubt it’ll stay there long enough for anyone to pick anything up.

GHIF converted bonds at 90p, plus we have good support at 98 and 95. if it falls so be it. But I’m not counting on it.

I think something similar happened on AVCT where it went sub 100p around 2 weeks ago then rebounded to 140p last week.

Gla tomorrow. Hopefully this is the last time we see this SP. onwards and upwards.

Not sure if this will fall below 40p tomorrow. I have cancelled my placing offer today with HL and I suspect lots of others have done the same.

I know us PI’s are ****ed off with how the company has gone about its business since the speeding ticket. However rest assured it’s not just us that are ****ed off.

Investors were sold shares on potential and well within a short period of time they’re at the same price they bought in at, possibly even lower if it drops tomorrow. Our CEO must be taking some very difficult calls right now and he deserves it too.

Please do NOT take this as buying advice but I think if this drops below 40p tomorrow there will be folks and big investors ready to hoover the shares up.

This is AIM so nothing can be ruled out but my gut feeling is from now the SP should stabilise or offer one or two small windows of buy the dips.

At least I hope that’s the case. Since the placement watching this share slide has been a horror show. Also we’re almost in July, in anticipation of sales and production of tests in Aug it just needs one decent RNS and it’ll open gap up 10%.

I’ve lost lots of money in here but the difference here is they have tests to produce. They have manufacturing capabilities. So that must count for something. I think!!!

I wouldnt read too much into that. They dont have FDA approval yet. And the one approval they do have, they have not managed to close any sales yet.

If DB comes out and says we have approval for XYZ region and this will translate to sales, it will curb the drop we are experiencing, and more likely increase the SP.

Totally agree, said it loads of times.

The rampers will say David is his own man and will communicate when he’s ready. They’ll even make up stuff to back their agenda. Everybody else knows GDR communication is borderline terrible.

The problem is how to judge the silence. That’s where the nervousness stems from.
