The investment should always be scrutinised. Amigo comes to mind, so does INTU.... and im sure there was another one this week that went bust too. CINE is another one today where its not so positive. Tomco speeding ticket a few weeks ago, speeding ticket on ODX, placing here. Its done with one objective only. The company and CEO interests. NOT the PI.

If people are so dumb they take the company information as Gospel, not one company would ever fail.

I dont disagree with your posts, you're more right than most here. However i think its fair to judge the company against the industry timelines, unfortunately they were not July.

You should know im not a ramper. If its radio silence in August then i dont think anyone covers themselves in glory and to pretend that its then Sept / Oct is just delusion.

That's because I have done my own research. I dont rely on the views of some trolls on a bb.

I contacted the company yesterday instead of whingeing and I was happy with the information I was provided with.

I have an investing horizon here greater than just a day or a week.

It's a simple as that.

What did you ask the company and what information were you provided with? this is a sharing forum.

I wrote a big post around the 16th of July stating what i learnt about the approval timelines and where i felt GDR were at the time.

I've not really posted much since then because everything right now is approval related. I think ODX and SNG helped us recently, unfortunately we became too optimistic that we had turned a corner once we reached 100p again, i topped up!! and now the profit takers who bought at 65p have exited and were back in the 70-80's.

I re-read what i wrote on the 16th, and i felt at the time our month was August.

ICMR, FDA EUA all fall within the 2 month timeline in mid August, i know weve reached the end of July, like the same way we reached the end of June and it all kicked off here. Side note: doesn't time fly, its hard to believe a whole month has passed and we're at that same juncture again. End of the month, nothing new, you know the rest.

Anyway, i wrote August back then, i'm still confident if its going to be any month is has to be August. August is the month in my timeline for news. I have never ramped a share so take my post as what its worth to you. Im not going to ramp GDR now especially as i've been in since over 200p. My track record here is awful so do not take any of my posts as buying advice.

GDR were never going to be able to compete with the big boys, and NCYT is big in my eyes, I dont care if their test is crap like some say here, the SP doesnt lie, and well would i take their test over ours today and have their SP, i dont think anyone is fooling themselves saying they wouldnt.

2-3 more weeks, and lets see where we are. The takeaway statement is that even now nobody apart from ODX who has India and NCYT is out of the question because they are miles ahead of everyone else has any 'new' approvals. So nothing has changed there, the same stick we beat GDR with, we could beat any other Covid stock with. The ODX news regarding PHE validating their test was a leak. So without that leak even ODX would have been much lower than todays price.

I dont know what to say, its frustrating. I feel your pain.

Reading between the lines I really don’t know wtf is going on anymore.

One month has passed give or take two days. We expected Sales in June, then reluctantly July, next week it’s August and we don’t even have an approval.

Quest will be selling hundreds of millions of tests, I would be happy with just 1m tests. Even 500k tests to start of with. Actually even 250k or even 50k or 25k, ok I’ll settle for 10k or 5k too. Or even less.

So does anyone here know which countries NCYT sell to?

It’s the administration behind the tests which takes too long PP. Not the tests themselves.

I got a lot of **** at the time for suggesting 2 months, guess we might be 1.5 months in at the end of July.

GDR is in for ICMR, our application hasnt been cancelled in preference for FDA EUA.

FFS i've had to make around 7 international calls today to ICMR, I should NOT have to do this. Not blaming GDR here or ICMR. But the information coming out from both camps is borderline shocking.

If Wallbrook are crap can everyone please take out 2 mins of your day and email Genedrive and call them out. I've done it twice now.

I suspect by their own timelines on all matters COVID related they are running behind. So given the fact that little PCR work will have gone on since June, lets hope they can get this out sooner.

Especially if the approvals take 2 months, releasing in Dec wouldnt really benefit GDR if they have to wait until Feb/March to go to market and a few months more to get sales in place. We will end up being in the same situation as our PCR test.

I disagree, the other two were submitted in June, early and mid. Given that EUA is needed for India or obviously ICMR, logic would say that EUA would have gone in first or at the same time to start sales on whichever comes first.

Don’t let this stuff fool you. The number of tests they are talking about is a drop in the ocean compared to the population.

Covid is going up everywhere in the world, and I fear for the poor countries.

The UK Gov has a 5m budget for doubling up any Covid charity to Yemen, and a few other ME countries.
The UN was talking about giving free money to Africa last week, as the days pass, the Covid story is getting worse.

Bozo wants to do 500k tests a day by September or October. I think things are VERY slow at the moment in GDR, but 'IF' we get approvals it puts us on par with some of the bigger players, at the moment we simply cant do **** because we are not allowed into the covid market place.

Imagine the conversations.... come back when you get approval will be the parting line in every conversation.

Its more complicated, yes i agree he wants to cut testing, but its not specifically testing he wants to cut. Its the overall budget as there are lots of peeps in the YouEsAy that get paid more now unemployed than what they got whilst working.

I think Trumps finished, think even he knows it now, cutting testing will be used against him big time and he knows it, so they will definitely find an agreement. I heard Pelosi the other night and she was very confident. The fact that he's doing the daily conferences now, Texas got the storm on the weekend, Trump cancelling rallies, Trump wearing masks and promoting them, he's finally getting it. He definitely wont cut testing.

If we can aspire to be like NCYT and get to their SP i for one WONT be complaining. Hell No!!!

However I do feel that NCYT has reached its ceiling for now. So in terms of investment, it pays to be with someone who is trying to get there and not be with one who is already there.
