ODX have no agreement with AVCT to manufacture anything, these are ONLY discussions. However we do have an agreement with Mologic. Its the test weve been told about. Its the test which we have seen in our investor meeting not so long ago, its the test which has been described as the Xmas present. Its the test which has made national media, its the test which is in trials.

Lastly, re: Sensitivity and specificity, you again missed the point so ill make it easier to digest given that my post was a long one.

'The most accurate methods', when you questioned if i know what Sensitivity and specificity means, i wont take it as an insult, but i think Mologic would. If you think they would send some shiit for Heathrow to try and win a contract (i suggest you look Mologic up, they are not a company that got big from a placing, they got a 27m grant from the Gates fund to develop tests, they are known world wide, they are experts in LFT) and Mologic being fully aware that the Heathrow findings are going to the Department for Health and Social Care to support the decision making process on future tests..... based on accuracy.

Anyway, bottom line is I have researched my views, people dont have to agree with them, its not buying advice, ive made that clear. If its AVCT so be it. But i think its mologic first and my reasearch backs 'my' views up.

Anyone want to share information why its AVCT, im all ears. I'll even buy shares there on Monday if you can convince me. Its not a deramp on AVCT. Everyone who delivers an LFT can make money. Like i said i could care less who's test it is. But ODX investors deserve to know there IS a test out there which we have an agreement in place to make, and its not far away and it belongs to Mologic.

Another question for you, why would Mologic put out an inaccurate test fully aware of the above? That’s actually from the Mologic site.

It’s board waffle as you say, I have seen that the Mologic test has been trialed in a public setting (Heathrow), this isn’t news from yesterday but it’s been several weeks, they were comparing results against a live PCR setting.

Not only do they have a test, it must be sufficiently accurate to validate against PCR. I didn’t dream that up. It’s in the article.

I also read a quote in the FT this week where the Mologic CEO was quoted as saying they are going through regulatory hurdles (not exactly those words but feel free to look it up), so it cemented my thoughts further that they absolutely must have a test. You don’t take part in a public trial and make comments such as the one in the FT if you’re not confident of delivering a product. I did say it’s going through further development and is not a final product today also. I also said probably not due till early Dec too. However the Blair institute article said Mologic test due Oct/Nov. I’ve a question for you, where do you think Blair analyst got that information from?

ODX trying to get government help to boost capacity was in the Blair article too. Bojo confirmed it on Friday they are helping boost domestic manufacturing. Coincidence? I don’t think so. That doesn’t mean it’s in the bag, it means there is a possibility ODX could receive some help.

Mologic are not little fish or taking a punt with a placing, they are big players in the LFT world. Look them up.

I have also read on the avacta forum by an avacta poster who didn’t appear to have any affiliations with ODX (I checked his posting history) that Mologic will be doing a tech transfer in early December, he got this information from the Mologic AGM which was held approximately two weeks ago (note I said approximately), if you wish to look up the exact date I wrote about it on here so you can look up my posts and find the exact date. Note: I said Avacta poster with no affiliation to ODX.

We were told in our investor briefing the Mologic test was a Xmas present. ODX want to ramp up capacity for that test. Note: they are talking to Avacta for production but CK didn’t say he was looking to increase capacity for Avacta test.

Mologic have also produced an antibody body test which measures multiple spikes. It’s quite something.

Lastly it makes no difference to me if we make an avacta test or Mologic test but surely given all of the above I am entitled to say I feel Mologic is coming first to ODX.

As always I don’t ramp, I research, I put disclaimers on posts where it’s possible that my post could be construed as a ramp to dyor. I have NEVER given anybody advice to buy ODX.

Blair article said ODX trying to get gov funding for increasing capacity. We have links to Mologic, could assist AVCT but I don’t think that’s any time soon.

If the government assist ODX (throw Scotland a bone for political reasons) this could be significant for us. Given the fact that we are part of the consortium it bodes well for us too.

Why does everyone think ONLY avacta can make a LFT? I find that quite disturbing.

Let’s be frank here, fortress beat us to antibody LFT, they even had a contract. It’s irrelevant if they were good or not. Hands up who heard of fortress before we knew about their test.

This could literally be anyone. However rest assured Mologic are in the race for this test. Heathrow was a day out for them. Boris has been to Mologic. Politicians visit businesses which are at the forefront of their game. It’s a photo opportunity to be associated with the best. This wasn’t a passing visit. He was hands on in the business.

If it’s not now, then it’s not far too far away. Mologic have skin in the game.

I heard the health secretary say Uk rtc when we got the contract. I also saw the GLOBAL MEDIA say RTC, UK gov test.

The Mologic test isn’t further down the road. You took the wrong meaning of my post.

It’s undergoing validation, you can only do that if you have a test. Its not market imminent, remember it’s October.

We’re told not to expect that test till sometime in Dec BUT the fact that they are navigating through the technical hurdles right now is a massively positive thing.

Remember you can only validate something which exists.

The Mologic antigen LFT is currently going through validation. Once this validation is complete Mologic are confident of getting orders from the government. I can’t reveal my source. It’s not imminent, the order Bojo referred to isn’t Mologic, however they are close. The test is 100% real, and as written above it’s undergoing validation.

No timescales have been given to me but the Blair document said Oct / Nov. I read on the AVCT board that in the Mologic AGM they said tech transfer in early December.

Before tech transfer I’m assuming they have DF etc. CK said Xmas present or at the latest early new year.

You’re confusing me as deramping AVCT. I’m not.

It appears the test Bojo was talking about was Abbott ones, let me ask you or anyone else, when have we heard of LFT Abbott tests being procured in their millions by gov? Probably never, if the news of the procurement is true then simply seeing a name on a report doesn’t mean anything.

Lab based gov already have contracts and trust me when I tell you they don’t order by month. Look at GDR if you need evidence, and LFT, I’m not convinced you will see one this side of 2020 from AVCT.

Mologic are ahead, they have a test which they have put through live trials.

ODX has plans on paper, wants to deliver next gen tests
NCYT has delivered the current standard which is PCR, is continuing to deliver PCR, and has plans to deliver next gen tests

The race is for the Antigen LFT or any type of rapid POC Antigen, its quite simple. You cannot move an incumbent from their position now, but if you get ahead of the game then you can.

NCYT are also significantly cash rich now.

Gov are awaiting WHO guidance on immunity. Trump, for being as bold as he is, isnt willing to call out immunity with antibody tests. Its a risky strategy but as each day passes more research is coming to the fore about immunity after covid.
