However, as per AGM with the 'show us some data' comment, the validated data will arrive soon.

If there are discussions as SAR claim then we will soon see if the interested parties are that interested.

There will be discussions with the interested parties, however, it certainly has done no harm in TM going to Boston.

Secondly of funding. I would reckon that with a budget and the ever declining status of funding and ability to obtain finance. This being that their presumption of we don't want heavy share dilution but we reckon we can attract a deal of somesort ie on licence to conserve outgoings.

You have in effect now phase 1 a which incorporates an overlap into phase 2 for proof of concept ie viable progression to potential treatment for Psoriasis with out the need for application snd associated costs and time involved for phase 2 trial.

The downside effectively you still are in phase1

By the progression into phase 2a trial you can limit the proof of efficacy into a handful of psoriasis patients who choose to participate. You are now a company that has the kudos and attention of pharma as you have now a Compound in phase 2.

I am of the opinion that there may very well be developments from the Boston meeting.

TM went there for a reason.

How long would it take for a negotiated deal of some sort? 2 to 3 weeks l would suggest.

Deal l would suggest in whatever form it takes would still be subject to satisfactory safety data.

The biggy here of course is the knock on effect of validating 1802 albeit still at preclinical stage.

There will of course be informal communications regarding the above if this is the case, these discussions to conclude soon leading to formal agreements being made with a following RNS release.

Developments and progress may have been made on 737 but l am doubtful of that. It remains a possibility but not highly probable.

Of course the rise on Friday may be do to FOMO.

This although possible l reckon highly improbable given Sareums history over the past couple of years of 737 return and MHRA inability to authorise CTA for phase1 clinical trial.

Apart from awaiting news on phase1 it also relevant to keep in mind the requirements of raising funds for continuation of compound progress.

If agreements have or close to finalising have been made regarding a non dilutive form of funding then any subsequent anticipated SP rise on safety data alone will pale into insignificance.

Further more should, and indeed if and a big 'if' at the moment this be the case then we can expect

a considerable initial rise with a sustained fairly stable SP plateau.

Transformational comes to mind if indeed should this be the case.

One final thing to take into consideration is that many pharma have commercial compounds that are soon to expire.
